Mark Meer is sadly not a brony. I tweeted him and he told me it was simply a fan asking him to give Applebloom an endorsement as Commander Shepard. He may have become one since, but all the evidence I have points to him not being a brony. Gabe Newell is probably a brony. Valve's internal employee handbook that was leaked a bit ago has a glossary of terms used around the office. One of the terms is "ponies". Since that document was supposed to be internal only, and he announced being a brony himself, I suspect he is in fact a brony. No word yet on Seth Green. Tweeting him now
I've heard that Andrew W.K. and Anthony Bourdain have both declared themselves bronies. Andrew W.K. is no surprise to me whatsoever, as he truly is the best real life match for Pinkie Pie. The announcement that Anthony Bourdain is a brony did catch me off guard though. I never would have thought.

I remember watching a video where Robert Pattenson made a joke about the title of the movie "Twilight" and My Little Pony. He may or may not be a Brony. I did a little research, and I'm not sure if he is a Brony himself, but he tweeted saying that Bronies rule, so he's at least supportive. I first watched Drake and Josh in the 5th Grade, and started watching MLP in my Junior year of High School. My years of television watching have been validated.
Trivia for you: Hannah/ Lomadia is a Pegasister and convinced them to do it. However, Knight Peculiar is likely to be a Brony as the first skin he had was of Vinyl Scratch. But, the last one is just a guess.
