This is a thread to share your best prank! *** So, it all started at my friends 16th birthday party. Along with about 20 other people, we partied like there was no tomorrow in his livingroom. But while I was there, I began to think what I had done to his twin brother long ago. I had made him believe he was a superhero, a hero of the light who was ready to fight the demons of the night. And that night worked so well, I decided to pull an even bigger prank. For the rest of the party I sat at the back of the livingroom, planning my scheme. Suddenly, I had it. The Illuminati was big all over the world, and so many people were scared of them. I had my prank set. Next, I needed a target. I couldn't hit my friend whose birthday it was, that would be just plain heartless. No, I focused my eyes on the boy that I despised the most. His name was Jake, and he was the most hardheaded of all my old friends. And I knew I would get him. I went around and told people my plan to make him believe he was going to be recruited into the Illuminati, and the people who stayed all readied for the prank. To start it off, 5 of us when into (The birthday boys brother Carter)'s room. We sat in there for about 5 minutes, and then I have my friend Kyle the cue he needed. He began to have a spas attack on the ground, screaming. Jake instantly thought that he was being stupid, so I started the second phase. I made my other friends try to hold him down while my friend Collin turned to Jake and said, "Dude.. he can't see this." I responded, "I know man! I know!" Jake laughed at both of this, thinking this was all a big joke. Kyle continued to thrash on the ground as I turned to Jake and said, "We need to talk" I forget most of the details of our conversation, as it took about an hour, but I convinced him that we at the party were all apart of he secret orginization, the illuminati. Trust me, it wasn't easy not to laugh. We took Jake outside once he believed us, and threw the cue. I said, "Jake knows." And on that, the remaining party goers freaked out, instantly all pissed off. The one woman who remained began to cry saying she did not want this for Jake. Of course the look on Jake's face was priceless, so while we talked to him about what was going on, we escaped to a room to "talk", but instead we got out giggles out in there. What we told him was that the Illuminati are god's soldiers, and we fight the demons of the night. And if we ever spoke a word to anyone about it, we would be tracked down and murdered. So we forced him to join the group. We made him go through "Initiation", which involved questionares and a prayer, then we made him find his spirit partner. He had to close his eyes and say the first name that came to his head, and that was his guardian angel. Then I made him make a cross on his chest, and he put his angel into a remote to use as a weapon. Finally, he started to cry, realizing this was all "true" Then, we couldn't take it anymore. I said we're all messing him. He of course was realized, but also mad. So we all went to Carter's room again. I stared at him and said, "Remember the 3rd step of the test? You just failed" When he heard this he started to scream, and he rammed his head onto the blanket, screaming he failed. Then I said I was just kidding once more. To this day he hates me. To this day everyone at the party says to him, "All praise the holy remote." What is your best prank?
I very much despise pranks. They're mean spirited and are used to get a laugh at other people's expense. Sure there are harmless pranks I don't mind, but ones that humiliate someone in front of a large group of people, like what you did, receive the highest degree of disdain from me.
That's what we do to our friends down in Texas ;-; We do it just to have fun with each other. I was only exaggerating when I say he hates me xD We still talk all the time.
Oh, I see. Alright then. But if it had been me, I'd probably have been pissed, in tears, and never have forgiven you. So....do choose your targets with care. You don't want to accidentally pranks Fluttershy.
Oh trust me, I know who to prank. If they're sensitive, I would of made them be a part of the prank, not a victim
I don't really like pranks either. I always had a hard time figuring out wether it was a prank or actual bullying.
a lot of you are so far on the good side of morality. You couldn't even think of attempting a prank. i respect that. though i would love to attempt pranks. the worst prank i did was during Halloween. i did two pranks that day. first prank was on my brother, while he was asleep, i set up a couple of props in his room. My brother had watched slender entries the night before and i decided to scare him slender style. i had a reaper doll that was mechanical and has motion sensors, basically it would swoop in on a motor when it detects movement. i removed the face and put a white mask on to make it realistic, then i attached a couple of black painted water noodles. once it was finished, i set up the machine to swoop in towards my brother when he woke up. i waited about 2 hours for him to wake up, it was still dark since he had all his windows closed. he saw this thing in the corner and immediately knew it was slender and screamed. then the motion sensor kicked in and it swooped towards my brother with glowing red eyes. it was so funny! XD the second one wasn't very big and pretty innocent since it was to an 8 year old. i was dressed up as the reaper and made it look like i was a rag doll. i had actually fallen asleep, and when the kid came up to grab some candy, i woke up and moved. it scared him, but not badly. the mom glared at me, the dad snickered, i was dumbfounded.
I love scare pranks and clever pranks. I don't like the one's where people get hurt or horribly humiliated. One of my favorite pranksters on youtube is Tom Mabe. His pranks are very entertaining and no one ever gets hurt or humiliated. One of my favorites of his is when he puts the other end of a wireless microphone in a gift box and asks a guy to watch it while he goes to the bathroom. He starts making a ticking sound and the guy gets curious and opens the box. As soon as he opens it the guy yells "BOOM!" and the other guy jumps back. I'm laughing just thinking about it lol.
Here's one of my favorite's: Before having friend's over that you know will drink coke for example, freeze mentos inside the ice cubes, and sit back and enjoy the results once the ice starts to melt.
As long as a prank isn't something like a jump scare or screamer, I'm up for it if the target is right. One I heard about is that at a college/uni party, someone went to bed in their 5th floor dorm. What his friends did was move EVERYTHING in his room to one on the ground floor so it was a perfect replica. They waited until he was just waking up, then they grabbed him and tossed him out the window. I'd hate to be the victim in that one, but I can't help but smile at the ingenuity of it.
I only really come up with simple office pranks, notice how most mice are laser type now? Try taping a troll face with "problem" captioned over the laser outlet for immediate results. If you get the opportunity, try looking at someone's bookmarks, one guy I know has a bookmark for "battlelog" which is the BF3 launcher, I deleted that bookmark, and make a new one, but changed the directory to the French site! He couldn't figure out for the life of him what had happened and spent hours looking for how to fix the language. If they have a macbook, take a printscreen of the desktop and set it to slideshow mode. If you want to, play something like "Aqua - Barbie Girl" before you set it to slideshow mode. I don't know what your currency is, but print out half a note, and have the other half a troll face, slip it halfway under the keyboard so only the note half is showing. (Yeah I know, overkill on the troll face, but it's staple.) If you aren't into such elaborate things, just move a piece of equipment on their desk by about 1/4 inch each day, say from one end of the desk to the other. Second-to-last day of school, a teacher I'd never see again, got the whole class in on this one, you know what these are. Morning before he arrives, we have plenty of set up time, put four of them in the drawer under his desk, all went off at the same time much to everypony's (even his) amusement, had a couple on his desk chair too, when he dragged it far enough those went off as well. I admit that I laughed at the "Fus Ro Dah" version of that. At the time I thought it was fake because at first glance it certainly looks like it.
Once our Geography teacher was late, so me and a few others turned all the chairs upside down. She walked in and was confused. As well as Rickrolling many of my classmates and teachers, I have done many pranks. Even these pranks are quite softcore.
Wait, so the part where all the people that now became mods telling you that it was me (amongst other people), didn't confirm this? Because that's good. I still say it wasn't.
