Oh yea, I saw that many a week ago, but even the title kinda gives away the show's negative light.

 

A show dedicated to bashing people with various obsessions? How pathetic.

 

Not as bad as Toddlers and Tiaras though. Close, but not quite.

 

Most TV is pathetic. That's why I don't watch much.

As for avoiding them, it's American so I have nothing to worry about. Also, I have no ponies

Hopefully the more....obsessive bronies will keep away from those shows. Not to be mean, but there are some who aren't the greatest representatives of "bronydom".

I remember watching a show called Taboo that talked about furries. It didn't trash them much, they focused mainly on the fursuit aspect, but I wouldn't trust them to handle the brony subject the same way.

 

You do know Taboo means the worst of the worst in society right? A Taboo could be anything that the public find repulsive or not right. They bashed Furries calling them Taboo's.

 

Yeah, taboo to the general public. The show also has episodes on narcoleptics, weird food, people who live off the grid, and fight clubs.....none of which I think are taboos.

It seems like anything that's the slightest bit odd is open for a tv show now.

it reminds me of TMZ, who got everything on celebs. i remember an episode the involved bronies... something about bieber having a cutiemark sticker... i cant remember... i remember them calling it butt tattoos. XD (or Ass Tats.)

 

This is a pathetic way to make people feel bad about their hobbies! Grr!

 

actually, right before Galacon, on official Galacon site they warned bronies not to talk to any press that doesn't have official Galacon Press tag, since one TV station from Cologne announced that they will be reporting from Galacon, and that station is same thing as fox is in usa, so they would just make bronies look bad no mater what. Lucky, I didn't see or heard of any press without official press tags.

I know that there was one report about bronies in finland that was made just to make them look bad.

and then there's Sweden report that showed bronies as completely normal people.

 

nooot really. My little pony is enough for ponies. we shouldn't start spreading everywhere else just cause ponies are awesome. I think Eureka(a show on syfy) is as awesome as ponies, but you don't see that show all over the place (other than internets)
