Jumper had finally awoken, he hated mornings. Jumper sighed he hated that he had to leave, he loved this town even if it was falling apart he wished things were back to normal but wishing had never helped him before. After sheathing his blade he decided it was time to go, he wondered what the rucus last night was about. Either way it didn't cause him any trouble thank Celestia. Jumper continued down the same road he always had followed never wavering and always staying on the road, maybe he would find a new home or maybe just somepony to talk to, but who was he kidding most ponys wanted him dead.
Firebreeze shot the lock of a chest in the market place in order to open it and get the goodies inside. After opening the chest, he found a map, some rotten fruit and a can of beans. "Who fills a chest with only-?" He began, "Nevermind..." He began to collect the loot.
Julion looked up from the sound of a distant gunshot, "Bloody idiot." he muttered, before descending into his house.
As he filled his saddlebag, a distant rumbling could be both felt and heard, as if dozens of vehicles were heading to Ponyville. "Raskals..." Sarge muttered before quickly running back to Julion's home to warn him. "Julion!" He called out.
Julion had just left his house when he heard Sargent, he looked over his shoulder, "Yes I saw them." was all he said before walking down an alley next to his house, but turned and said, "You might want to follow me if you wish to live." and continued down the alley.
"I know the alleys of this place like the back of my hoof. Now be quiet." Julion said over his shoulder. Eventually the alley shrunk to where it pressed in on their shoulders, and Sargent could hear Julion doing a silent countdown, "3...2...1." and almost intantly a massive explosion rocked Ponyville, "There it is, come on!" Julion yelled at Sargent, galloping down the narrow alley that lead out to a street that was deserted. "The explosion will attract them like bees to honey, but not for long, follow me!" Julion called, leading Sargent out of Ponyville.
"Where the hay did you get explosives like that?! Were you anticipating something like this?!" Sarge said as they exited Ponyville.
"Actually it is the ammunition for my weapon. If you want it to do so, you can make it self-destruct in a large explosions, but its otherwise highly stable." Julion explained as they slowed to a walk, "As soon as I saw the convoy, I rigged my house to blow the moment somepony step hoof inside, hopefully it took a good amount of the bastards out at the same time." Julion looked around, "I just realized, this is the first time I have even stepped hoof outside of Ponyville since the Collapse."
"Congrats, then." Sarge said, "Anyway, I'd best be on my way. I've got business to attend to and i'm running out of time."
Jumper was near the outskirts when he heard the explosion and his stupid conscience wouldn't let him just ignore it he decided to head back hoping lady luck was on his side, and of course it wasn't. Before he made it to the blast site he already discovered a un-friendly looking group of ponies. He stayed hidden and observed from the shadows to small a group must be a patrol or scouting party he thougt to himself I'll just slip by them and be on my way he said to himself as he moved in the opposite direction of the scouting party.
Julion mulled over a quick decision before saying, "I should go with you. You need the extra protection, especially in these days."
Jumper sighed he had only been here for a little bit more than a day and things were already getting blown up along with a group af ponies that would probably shoot him on sight, after all this he felt a bit better about leaving. Still he had no clue where to go, stick to the road he thought to himself the road had always provided and for the second time he was off, hoping things wouldn't get any worse.
Karl was sitting up on a roof, looking out over a small group of ponies which seemed to stand in a formation. "Unique. Let's see how they fair against Silly. Silly?" He asked as the black liquid began dripping down his crystallite hoof once again. "Yes, master?" Said a eery and soulless voice. "Take care of these... ponies, would you?" The liquid engulfed Karl completely and shrunk down into the roof, appearing on the next level. Karl emerged from the liquid and walked up to the window. "I would like to kill'em, but that would probably mean my death. Oh well." He looked to the side at a darkened alley and uttered the words, "Vul Saro Temp." He was covered in darkness and disappeared, reappearing in the alley. Once he reached his destination, he turned and trotted further into it.
((Please refer to the OOC thread so we may discuss this, I don't appreciate this kind of overpowered characters.))
Julion nodded, "Of course, wasn't planning on going much further anyways. I'll probably find another place to turn into my new home there. Now shall we go?"
"Yeah, let's get moving, who knows how long it'll take for the Raskals to find us..." Sarge said, walking in the direction of Manehattan.
Sarge kept his flamethrower at the ready, looking it over. It was pretty obvious that it was an old piece of weaponry, it had rust in certain places and just plain looked old. That's what Sarge liked about it, it was truly a classic weapon.
