War Games (The Roleplay)

"DESTROY THE WALLS!" Fire called as the rams were sent into the walls of the capital. Many holes were created through the wall and the Incendia troops flooded in, while Firebreeze fought his way to the castle itself, with intents to capture their leader himself.

 

In every building, and in every street, the population and soldiers fought against the wave of Incendia troops. The citizens, armed with swords and bows and wearing their citizen clothing, fought bravely against the invaders and did not yield ground unless everyone in the buildings were slaughtered and the streets were lined with blood and bodies. But slowly the were driven back into an organized route behind the walls of the castle. As the last soldier ran into the castle the draw bridge was risen and catapualts, bastilla's and boiled oil rained upon the besiegers. \

 

A.D was at the site where a giant campbase for which the Windarian Army could defend itself for war. The camp went for miles across the tundra landscape, with a large tent in the center. A.D was observing her army’s armor and weapons; they were impressive but needed some finishing touches. The Windarian Army was made up of all different ponies and a dozen griffons as a heavy unit. They remained loyal to the empire and that’s what A.D cared about the most, Windaria almost had a civil war several years before which almost made A.D lose her position as Kaiser.

“Kaiser, any further reports about the empires position” One of A.D’s generals stepped in.

“No, but prepare the soldiers, this doesn’t feel right” A.D had this bad feeling ever since she left Verbanos, she had at least 1500 soldiers in her disposal in this area, and with tens or hundreds of thousands back in Verbanos which was 3 weeks away. She readied her armor, and prepared to fight an enemy which she had no knowledge about.

 

War cries were heard as the troops shuffled into the castle, trying their best to push through. Firebreeze had already made it in and was making his way to Facade. "Keep fighting!" He cheered.

 

Facade himself personally fought as he and his personal guard were cornered in his throne room. However, he was not a weak king, and dueled with several ponies at once, using his Pegasi agility to his advantage. Dodge, parry, behead. He repeated this time after time until his personal guard, and the invaders in the throne room laid dead on the ground. Even as the noise of fighting echoed throughout the hall, his eyes narrowed on the being his rage had been focused on the entire war. "You...Barbaric, Bastard!" He growled at Firebreeze, his very presence in his regal throne room making his eyes almost turn red. "You...You who started this war! Who slaughterer my people and culture! Do you have no shame? Do you not feel the weight of a thousand souls pressing down on you every day?"

 

"Your arrogance started this war!" Fire called out, drawing his blade, "We tried to patch things up, but you were simply too good for us, weren't you?! We didn't want to see your people dead, lad, but they chose to fight, what could be do? And your culture shall stand, we don't wish to destroy your ways. Now come nicely, and this shall all be over!"

 

"I shall do no such thing! You rejected my offer for peace! And by the cruel gods that watch us from above I swear I will have your head for such an act!" Facade growled as he charged flinging himself forward with his wings, his body radiating rage and anger. He would not be denied his prize.

 

Firebreeze simply used the hilt of his sword to knock Facade out of the air and to the ground. "You are weak!" He yelled, "Pathetic even!"

 

Facade launched himself off the ground and barreled into Firebreeze. Rolling on top he began to pummel him. "NO! I led a nation to prosperity! To glory! You?! What have you done?! You've stolen the lives of thousands! BECAUSE OF YOUR ARROGANCE!" Facade screamed enunciating every word with a punch. "My people! My sworn duty to protect them! You utter failure of a pony! You are destined to die alone and hated!"

 

A.D was concerned about the wars that were happening around Terra. She believed that Windaria is weak compared to the other empires, she also heard about the Imperium/Incendia war. She had this plan to finish the war when both nations were on the voyage of collapse.

She turned around to face her generals. “We should finish Imperium/Incendia off at the capitol. Prepare for war."

 

Fire head butted Facade off of his body with a laugh, "Your punches are pathetic. You have failed your people, where I have lead my people to victory. I don't wish to kill you, but if I must, I must."

((The war is about to end, there's no point.))

 

"Kaisar, have we ever attemped Mass teleportation?" Another of A.D's generals said. "It could happen in theory, but in practise..."

A.D was blown away by this idea, she loved it but could prove costly. "Ok, prepare for mass teleportation then."

 

((Wouldn't the bigger question be why Windaria even knows about the two countries? Ships back in the classical ages weren't able to make it that far.))

"Do it, But I swear you this. The Imperium will rise again. My people will never forget this atrocity. You have shown you're true nature. The people will know of the traitor Firebreeze...The false leader of this great island."

 

((I'm with Doragon. Not to mention just teleporting in out of nowhere is, well, annoying and interruptive.))

"You're incompetent, son. You lack the ability to truly lead. It's time for a true leader to rule! Now put down your weapons and come nicely!" Fire yelled.

 

"Ha, you are truly more foolish then I've ever imagined...Take me then. Lock me up. But when my people clamor for me. When we rise in revolt. Expect me to be standing in your throne room, soaked in your people's blood."

 

"My friend, mercy has always been my game. Yet, you seem to be denying it. I even planned to release you to live in the world once again, but I suppose you prefer a jail cell. You'll be alone, as all POWs will be released and sent home or to farms or to the armory. Your people will not be changed, we will allow them to live the same as before, but without you. Soon you'll be a distant memory that no pony cares for." With one more swift hit to the head with the hilt of his sword, Facade was unconscience. "Load him on a wagon and take him to the tower."

 

((Oh my what a firece battle from Facade and Fire))

Gaze looked at his defeated army from the siege "What a pathetic lot they are but no matter I will take over the Conitor little by little" he thought. they had finally made it back to Gomork his army was being treated by medics and given food by the civilians near by he got back to his map room to see that his scouts had made changes. He noticed two cites near the border and another near the capital "I wonder how they had the resources to build all of those,". He looked out of the window of his room and saw the prison of the city and he smiled he closed the map and started to head towards the prison to get some new recruits.

 

((Hey I never saw routed it just said successfully defended like in War Simulation Games like the Total War series if I lost but did heavy damage I could just wait there build a new army and send that army to the castle and attack again.))
