    That's a rather complicated story.

    Essentially, he was permabanned until a few moths ago when Grey agreed to unban him on the condition he doesn't cause trouble again. Unfortunately, he did. :/ Numerous times. We've given him many chances, but the call was made yesterday to ban him again.
