Welcome to Everypony! I always enjoy reading how other people discovered the show/fandom. Would you care to give us a little background on that?
Sure, not a problem! For me it was the ever popular "Oh a friend egged me on to watch it". Now, I've always been a fan of animation, (rather watch cartoons than reality shows...) so it didn't take much prodding to actually sit down and enjoy an episode. I do have to say, the only thing that really made me a bit hesitant were the previous generations. I did grow up with them, and I was never a huge fan (or even a minor fan) of the show back during its debut. But heck if I'm not happy I gave it a second chance! As for the fandom... Not quite 100% sure on how I found it in the first place, prolly just scouring the webs for more pony!:derpe:
