OI! Alright. Everyone. The RP has gone...Well, in my opinion it's gone to the mob. Ever since that odd mix up with Cobra everything has gone absolutely wrong. OPness, Weird posting, Meta-Gaming, Controlling NPC's (Which i should be doing)...People! Come on now! I know yall are good RP'ers but I know now I need to lay some ground rules. Another thing, I am now planning to run this like a D&D Game. I am GM. All actions will be based on me. Shoot at a cop, wait for me to say if you killed him or not. It will slow things down a little, but that's good. It'll allow people to read through this and not go through 6 new pages. I also control all NPC's and there will be an overarching story line involved in all this. But don't worry, you'll still influence the story a lot. Just planned events is all. Another thing, Your characters. Anyone who has been in combat, if ya'll wanna keep your characters, please for the love of Luna weaken them. And finally...I'm sorry. For restarting the RP, and for not being very specific on the rules. I should have expanded on them more, but my eagerness to start the RP overtook me. I apologize. Are their any questions or concerns? After we have everything worked out we will restart the RP.
No offense, Rada. But I am. And I am GM. Also, Your comment on the "I can kill them all"? One of the problems I have in general with the RP. You can't kill them all. No one could. And thank you Eluuna. I was in fear everyone would bite me in the butt for this. For one, Your sun mode. I don't like that it can be used so many time and offer such great power. You can minimize the power of Sun Mode or make it weaken you so much, you would be dead if Sun Mode faded away during a gun fight. Such a power must be kept in check.

Ah! Finding clues. Well actually, that is a good point. When you go into interrogation or finding clues I will be rolling and adding things to the numbers depending on how you handle it. The better it goes, the more likely you will be promoted. Eluuna, what do you mean by restoring her power? And Snow...I'd like if Winter couldn't fireball in the face, freeze an entire pub, freeze their guns, and while half conscious shoot the tire of a police car while in the back of a speeding get away. And it's alright. We just gotta recognize what we've done wrong and make sure to nail it.
