Well, I see Sun like a battery. If she runs out of juice, she "dies," or sleeps eternally, until someone can find away to get her to recharge in her unconciousness. When she is at full power, she functions properly, and runs well in one of three areas, speed, strength, or magic.

The reason I'm leaving is I like gm structured rps (quill and eight) but I don't like how this is speciffically being run.
That's what the rolls are for, Doragon. If I wanted to level Manehattan, I'd probably have to have a Mind of 5, "Change Earth" and "Animate Earth," and skills such as "tremors, pitfalls, mudslides," etc, etc, and probably have my character's talent be in "shake downs."
