Wow, community manager, and what a community! First of all, I'd like to thank everyone who's congratulated me and wished me well, it makes me so happy to know that I have all of your support. This is a task that I'll need all your help with, and I'm sure that I can give my all out best to keep things 20% cooler around here! Secondly, I'd like to thank the staff here at EPR. All the DJs on the radio, the RP Chat moderators, the Fanfic Moderstors and the Forum Moderators, working with all of you has truly been the best experience of my life, and while I know some of us are closer than others, the feeling of comradery is equal as we work to build and improve Everypony, not for our own personal gain, but for the bronies, because in the end, it's the fans, the RPers, the viewers, the writers and artists that are important! Now all the thanks have been given (for now at least~), I'd like to outline briefly what I hope to accomplish as the community manager. First and foremost, I want to let you all know that I'm more than just a complaints department! While I am the one to be directing complaints related to the community towards, what I hope I spend much more time doing is reading messages sent to me about the unsung friends and heroes you feel deserve a shoutout or award! Is there a particular DJ you feel has been busting their flank and doesn't get the praise they deserve? An RP mod who keeps things calm and friendly when a possible conflict arises? A forum member or radio viewer that has always been friendly and outgoing? Be sure to send me a PM about it and I'll be sure to make sure that the staff recognise them and reward them accordingly! Lastly, I'd like to say that everyone who has stuck with us through thick and thin, your efforts will not go unrewarded! We have a lot of projects in the works and there may be oppurtunities to involve you all while others are purely for your enjoyment, so look forward to those! EDIT: Also, if you have something you'd like to ask a DJ personally, either a complaint or personal issue, then I'll be happy to take those too! For those impatient types, here's the tl;dr version: -Thank you all for your support, I really appreciate it! -For the staff, thank you all for the wonderful oppurtunity to work with you the past few months, I hope we work together for much longer! -Any community related complaints are directed towards me! -Any community related PRAISE also directed towards me! -Projects involving the community are on the way! -Any DJ related questions/complaints/issues also directed towards me!
Congratulations Foxy! You already do a brilliant job at everything else, so you'll be just as brilliant as the community manager! Yay!
Foxy, it's been a wonderful experience having you here so far, and I'm sure it'll only get better! So congratulations, and keep it up. This place wouldn't be the same without you. Also, your voice melts butter.

Congratulations Foxytail! For some reason, when I read Community Manager, I picture those people who organize town hall meetings and picnics and the like. You've probably got way better ideas than that planned. I'm excited to see what your plans are in the future. Keep being awesome!
