Blu-Cup: I loved your ex-Wonderbolt. Maybe he was replaced by Soarin' out of personal issues with the other two. Grey: I am done with pixels after more than four years doing pixel dolls. But I might try some time.
Jary: This is better than the last version. The hair reminds me of Sephiroth and other white-haired guys who are evil and... Overpower. And weird. Yeah. Nothing against him.
Oh sorry that was addressed at Blu-Cup! ^^ I just commented on your new groove :3 EDIT: WAIT! YOU HATE FF?!
Grey: Honesty moment: I prefer Zelda over Final Fantasy. I shall say that this was everything Cloud Strife/FF VII's fanclub's fault. If they weren't oh-so-crazy comparing him to Link and saying how Cloud's a well developed character and Link was a moron and such I wouldn't hold a deep grief against the whole series for nothing. Unlike them all, I haven't grown up with Final fantasy, and Zelda has a special meaning to me. Hurting something you like just for a selfish way to show off is the biggest stupidity ever. This was motive for huge discussions between me and my cousin, and only now he made me have some little respect towards the series. Him and some more serious fans of Final Fantasy - including those who say Tactics should have a better gameplay. Not the biggest fan of Mario games, though.
At least Link gets stuff done, unlike FF characters who often spend much of their time crying about their past
Link killed the King of Evil who ruled the world for 7 years. Cloud killed Sephiroth who killed a chick... ...hmm, saving the world/7 billion people, avenging a chick... Which is heavier?
Link's backpack. It has a giant hammer, two armors, two or three tunics, boomerangs, four or five bottles... "Travelling light is for pansies!"
He carries a Megaton hammer... MEGA TON... like million times heavier than a ton... just taht is heavy enough.
Because I'm so in love with this game and I kinda like Final Fantasy Tactics, I'm gonna make him and this guy here as twin brothers. Really? What a shame...
Well hardcore FFVII fans usually are self-righteous jerks! Probably the same group of people that moan about FF XIII being crap (I love/d it - still not finished yet). I think I prefer IX anyway - well idk - I like bits and bobs of VII, VIII, IX and XIII - Can't say I've played any others, no do I plan to And to complete my off-topic post, this is freaking awesome; In my defence I've never really got into Zelda so I can't comment on it. Could be good, could be bad. Looks alright for the most part though.
At first I was like, "I HAVEN'T EVEN PLAYED THAT MANY FFs!!!" And then I was like, "I'M GOING TO FLUFFING KILL THIS ADMIN!!!" >:U *throws chair through window*
I only beat Wand of Gamelon, Zelda-wise. Only beat FINAL FANTASY IV (II for US). I prefer Final Fantasy over Zelda, but it's just because I beat a CD-i game. I might get FFVII for PC, though.
Regardless of what others say, FF X is a great game if you can get past a few hilariously bad voice acting moments. Though Tactics Advanced is a great game that I highly suggest if you want to play FF though but want to get away from the normal routine, the tactics series plays more like advanced wars really (basically it's still turn based, but it's grid based combat so you can move around and use other tactics to your advantage, like attacking enemies from a distance so they can't hit back). As far as Zelda goes, I've played every single one except for a few old ones I can't seem to find roms of (Oracle of Seasons I believe - can't find it or it's counterpart anywhere it seems) and the ones from weird systems that everyone tries to forget (Vinyl, I believe the Wand of Gamelon is one of those haha, you may want to try some of the better ones to get a better impression on the series - A Link to the Past is commonly regarded as one of the best 2D ones) and the two Four Swords games (because I never had the opportunity to find 3 other Zelda fans with link cables of camecube controllers). I'd have to say that the Windwaker is my favorite of the series. Also though it makes tons of fans heads roll, I much prefer Majora's Mask over Ocarina of Time, I just think it's a more creative interesting game even if it is a bit more experimental.
You need Link Cables to play 4swords on Gamecube. Anyway, I'm going to start Link to the Past sooner or later, it seems pretty decent. I remember that I played the two NES Zelda games, though, years ago.
