I'm sure you don't know me, but I'm going to grow to be either: One of too many lurkers to this site The biggest pain in the flanks you've ever seen An interesting contributor to discussions and stuff Depending on what I think of you guys. (I wouldn't count on 2, though; I'm generally an agreeable enough person.) You can generally find me on either Ponychan or RDN, aside from here. I consider myself a drawpony, although I do also enjoy messing around with TGF2 and creating little tech demos that never get anywhere.
Welcome! We've never had anypony that we didn't like here, so feel welcome! Only problem is that... you're a chicken. I have photographic evidence:
*Starts shaking hoof* Hey there. Welcome. Nice to meetcha. Always good to see a new face around here. =) *stops shaking hoof* So... Another artist eh? The more the merrier. I wouldn't see it as tech demos going nowhere, I'd see it as building on ideas that will become an interesting game. :derpe: Hope to see some of your art down the road. *slides cup of punch over* Have some punch and we hope you enjoy yourself here and have fun.
Hey there, great to meet ya Yeah I was beginning to think their was a wee bit too many guests on the site at any one time, can't all be bots ^^ So what enticed you to finally register? Maybe we can lure the others in... Only so we can be friends of course
Just a general lack of being on any other FiM-related forums. Always nice to get into a community, after all!
MMMMMmmmmmmmm... Lurkers.... *drools* I mean... Option three would probably be best for the community... (or option 1... If you want, I wOuLdN't mInD... *wipes away drool*)
Too many people now. I must kill some of them off for there are too many people for me to keep tabs on. You, though, are exempt. For now...
Haha.. please.. don't be scared.. they're just messing with you! ^^ I saw your video at youtube.. any chance that you can give me tips for drawing ponies?
This is the best I have to offer. Really, it's all a matter of practice; my pictures had terrible proportions for the first little while I was drawing. Also, if you're drawing digitally, get a tablet. Best decision I ever made. RAINBOW DASH ALWAYS DRESSES IN STYLE
Actual 'tablets' (galaxy tab/iPad) are good to! I use both a computer tablet and iPod/Android - Some of my better pictures have actually been on my iPod - Although saying that I've had it a lot longer than the tablet ^^
I actually don't care much for "actual tablets" considering your hand and pen tend to get in the way of whatever you're drawing. That, and for whatever reason everything I've ever used will not calibrate properly, and it messes up my drawings. It's better on paper because you aren't dealing with said miscalibration, and a tablet like the Bamboo I use works because you're not drawing directly on the screen. I dunno.
Ah, I use an intuos 4 - I never did understand the difference between the two ranges, any chance you could enlighten me lol? (Seriously I'm curious)
