The chat sucks and an arcade at a different website is just dumb. Of coarse I can go anywhere on the internet to play games. I'd rather there be one here. Why else would I mention it? I've made plenty of recommendations here before and they usually end with people linking me to other websites which is pointless. I make the recommendations because I think it will make THIS particular site better. It gets so boring around here, but I guess if the admins don't care then that's the end of that. There's no games, no fun quizes, no contests, no giveaways, and nothing to look forward to. Nothing ever changes around here for the better. Seriously, prove me wrong. I want to be shown that I am wrong, but right now I have to do a few chores, so half an hour I'll be back.
I haven't been on the chat in a while. Back then, it was dead, but I can't comment on it now. As for the arcade, the only way we could do that is if the members of this site make the games. Otherwise you'd be better off going somewhere else for games, since they'll always have a bigger selection of games somewhere else. And since only a few members would have the skills to make the games, then it wouldn't be worth opening up a new section. Although if I was to start a thread called "Pony related games", would you be interested in that? You'd still have to leave this site, but you can access all the games from here. As for your other stuff, I agree with that. We used to have a few giveaways on the EPR, not really sure what's happening with that. I also feel that the competition sub-forum could be used more.
I'm not talking pony-related games. Just a basic forum arcade with games like Donkey Kong, Breakout, Ball Revamped 4, etc. I'm not saying an arcade would make this website sparkle over all, but I think it would help. A little healthy competition is a great way to bring members together. We're all scattered everywhere around here with no one topic to bring us all together. It used to be ponies, but I'm not seeing that much anymore on a forum that's supposed to be dedicated to the subject. I still have high hopes for this place when season 3 comes out.
If it's just a general arcade, then there's not much point in introducing it on this site. It'd be too much work for the admins for such a small addition. I'm assuming that, with season 3 coming out, this site will get more active soon. New episodes mean new stuff to talk about, as well as new stuff to inspire fans, which means new fan-made stuff for us to talk about.

I didn't really mean the work to create the arcade as much as I meant the time that would be spent planning everything. I can't speak on behalf of the admins, but if I was to create a slightly worse version of something that is just a click away, I wouldn't really bother. Perhaps an arcade could be developed eventually, although I don't really see one in the near future. Also, the arcade would almost have to be pony-related, since this is a pony forum.
Well. Here's my take on it. First the Chat was empty. Then it was full of people who were kinda weird when there were no mods around. Now, I don't know, because they scared me off of it. :derpe: Maybe I'll explore that again one of these days... Edit: Never mind. Now it's full of pop.
