The only way to find where she went is to find the book that supposedly describes a terrible disaster about to befall Equestria, and you are all just concerned townsponies trying to help her frantic friends. Character Sheets...hmmm...it's been a while. For those of you who've played one of my RPs, here's a refresher course. For those who are new, well obviously here's where I teach you all how stuff works. First of all, these rules. They are good. Listen to them. Here is the list of qualitative data I will need: Pony Name (Obviously.) Pony's Appearance (Optional, but it would be nice to at least have a description.) Pony's Cutie Mark and Talent (You can be a blank flank, but that is a disadvantage. If you want a challenge, go for it. I think having one is more fun though. ^^) Pony's Gender (Obviously. Not important to the game mechanics, but we have to know to call them "he" or "she".) Pony's Race (No Alicorns. Only Unicorn, Pegasus or Earth Pony. This does matter, stat-wise. You may be a Griffon as well, if you wish.) Second are the stats. Here is a quick rundown of what all the stats mean, how they work, and examples of what they would be used for in-game. Stats are tested like so: When you come across a situation where you need to do something that is based on one of these stats, you will NOT say "I did/did not succeed". Please wait for me to test the stat, as I am not actually PLAYING in the RP and thus can be a trusted neutral party. If it's something silly or inconsequential, then you don't have to wait for me, but if it's important, please let my dice decide whether you succeed or not. Stats are tested on a 10-sided die. If you have a net stat (your stat after all other effects have been factored in) of 5 strength, and you try to push a boulder, I roll the die. If you roll less than or equal to 5, you pass and move the rock. If not, you fail and do not move the rock. Furthermore, you cannot try again. Either somepony else tries, or you go about it in a different way, like finding a plank to use as a lever (if you could find a plank). Be creative, but be realistic. Strength (Brute Strength; used for moving heavy objects, determines damage, etc) Agility (Reflexes and general "quickness". Used in dodging attacks and/or anything that requires good reflexes.) Intellect (How much your character knows. Used for solving puzzles, conjuring up random knowledge, and for "trying to put the pieces of the puzzle together". Basically, if there is a mystery to be solved, you can test your Intellect -6 + 2x, "x" being the number of clues you've discovered, and I will give you a solution to the mystery. If you pass, it will be the correct answer. If you do not...I give you an incorrect answer. Thing is, you don't get to know if you passed or not. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.) Luck (Duh. Luck. Used for determining things out of your direct control, such as whether a monster appears around the next corner or not. Used mostly at GM's discretion.) Lore (Knowledge of/skill with magic and Magyck. Used for magical spell casting, magical knowledge and magical resistance, so it's still useful for Pegasi and Earth Ponies. Makes them magic-resistant. Plus, there are other ways a pony can use magic besides a horn. -wiggles eyebrows in an attempt to be mysterious-) Perception (Attention paid to surroundings/ability to sense things. This is used for detecting hidden items/clues/puzzles/challenges/monsters/anything. Useful if you don't want to get ambushed.) Willpower (Bravery/Force of will. This is used to determine whether your pony Fluttershys or Rainbow Dashes in the face of danger. Also, used to determine the mental strength of your pony. For example, if your pony is being mind-controlled, willpower would be used in an attempt to break that control.) Marksmanship (Used to determine skill at aiming projectiles. This could be a gun, a projectile spell (like a fireball), or a basketball being thrown into a hoop. Any projectiles at all.) Each character has 35 points to spend on stats. You can put a maximim of 9 points on each stat. Race affects your stats in this way: Earth Ponies get a + 2 bonus in Strength, Pegasi get a +1 bonus in agility, and Unicorns get a +1 bonus in Lore. Griffons get a +2 bonus in strength and agility, but have no cutie mark. Also, Pegasi and Griffons can fly. Unicorns can weild things like guns and other weapons more effectively, so all other races are penalized when using hoof-controlled weapons. Cutie Marks give your pony a unique ability, determined at the start of the game. It can boost your stats, cancel out penalties, give you a special action that only you can take, or really anything, depending on the cutie mark. If you have an ability, I will try my best to make situations come up in the RP that will put it to use so that you don't feel like your special talent is useless, but obscure talents like "art connoisseur" are not easy to work in. Please keep this in mind. If there is anything I forgot to explain or did not explain thoroughly enough, please alert me. Once more, DON'T feel bad about calling out my mistakes! It is much better to catch them earlier than later, and even if it wasn't actually a mistake, it's better that we get it worked out than leave it there awkwardly.

I figured. That was more for anyone else who wanted to make a character. To make Rarity, I did all fours, then took points away and added them where I thought they needed to be. I find it's much easier to divvy up stat points that way. I found myself saying, "How would that apply to her...? Hmm..."
Yes, that's a very good way to do that. I should remember to explain that in later RP's with this system... I find myself taking everything the wrong way lately...something's up with me...IDK what though...

EDIT1: Special Talent: Applejack's special talent is working on her farm, Sweet Apple Acres, with her family; Big Macintosh, Applebloom, Granny Smith and the rest of the large Apple family. - No EDIT2: A pony with a special talent like Fluttershy’s could potentially have a wide variety of animals and animal-related things symbolizing their ability. But the same is not true for Applejack. Her special talent relates specifically to apples. I’m honestly not sure how I would make a cutie mark that was both metaphorical (as in, not actually depicting apples or any apple product) and which also specifically referred to apples and not to any other fruit or other aspect of farm labor. - Umm... this kinda explains it right here. You don't have to think up a specific event for her, y'know; you ARE the GM and all. EDIT3: Applejack has impeccable ability to break a situation down to its core and fix it fast, and usually topped off with a wacky country anecdote told with a charming of country twang. - Directly off of Hasbro.com. I don't think this has anything to do with her talent though... IDK DX
