I don't know what moment exactly, but when I watched the whole first season in one sitting I just kinda had to admit to myself that this show was good.

Well, its hard to say. I just had a crash on this tv show from the first episode.=) Maybe it's "Twillight meets Fluttershy" scene, but i don't know for sure. But what i can say for sure, that 1 particular episode triggered my infatuation to evolve into real deep love. And that is the 9 episode of 1 season. I mean Flutterguy is just awesome and the blues version of "Evil Enchantress" and all that. So after watching this episode i was ready to stand up tall and just run out to the street, madly screaming about my love to the show untill police catchs me and doctors put me in asylum.=)
There is no specific moment that made me like my little pony- I just kinda liked it in general, from the first time I gave G4 a go.
I just liked the art. The previous generation ponies were UGLY. I'm sorry to anyone who likes them, but they were. These ones were adorable, and they acted totally different (well, except for Rarity. 80% of gen 3 ponies were basically Rarity.). It hooked me right away, just the art/animation and the personalities of the characters. Also, the first episode I watched was A Bird in the Hoof, so the whole time I was trying to guess what was wrong with Philomena. I must admit, it took her bursting into flames for me to finally figure out that she was a phoenix. So the storylines were actually fairly engaging as well, at least compared to G3 shows (From what I've seen of G3, there weren't even any antagonists. At all.)
for me there's no specific moment, but rather a time where I got from just trying out the show, to just enjoying it, to actually liking it. Since that process took from Episode 1 to around episode 10-11 (season 1), I can't really determent a single moment.
Back in the day(yes i'm using that term) I acted a lot like fluttershy in school. until about 8th grade, i've learned to talk to fellow classmates and stuffs.

The first episode for sure, I watched them from the start after seeing a PMV and being curious to what it was (although I think the episode running at the time was Sonic Rainboom) and didn't realise the brony fandom existed until two weeks later.
This. The moment when Fluttershy scrapes her hoof along the ground... I've never seen such cuteness before.
Been a low key fan of MLP since the nineties, but when I first truly started to like MLP was when I watched the first episode of FiM. Twilight sparkle reminded me of myself when I was in middle school. Then Pinkie reminded me of when I was in art school.
