    I have the same issues, and I have an easy way of getting to sleep.
    It works for me, and a few others. It might work for you.
    Firstly, make sure you have at least 30 mins off any electrical devices before you sleep - have a cup of tea, read a book, and just relax.
    Then once I'm in bed, I think about a place - anywhere - and imagine what I can see In it. Really focus on it for 15 seconds, then switch to imagining what you could hear in it - 15 seconds, then switch to what you could feel in it - you catch my drift. Go through all your senses then imagine a different place. Keep doing this until you fall asleep. Takes me about 15 minutes to get to sleep, which isn't terrible.
