I just did what I call an ultimate brony workout (for me) 1. Put nightmare night on loop on your mp3 player. (Put the volume up high to get you pumped) 2. Set a target goal you want to achieve. (mine was 2 km) 3. Go for a run on the treadmill (or in the suburbs) 4. As the song plays, pretend you are running from Nightmare moon and trying to escape. 5. Record your time that you ran the goal in. 6. The next time you do it, try to beat your time, and later on, increase the distance of your run. I did 2km in 8 mins 27 seconds. (avg of 15 km/h) I'd be curious to know yours if you try it.
