    Well of course, but I work in fast food. They can't have screw-ups, even from noobs (which is a completely unreasonable yet also reasonable expectation).

    So because I have already learned almost everything (and also always learn after the first screw-up), the new phrase for when there's something that needs to get done that no one wants to do is "have legion do it".

    I have mixed feelings about that...

    Hey, don't sell yourself short. You underestimate just how valuable someone simply doing their job can be. I was always confused when I was told by managers that I do a really good job. Upon assuring them that I just do what I have to, they say that's more than a lot of people do.

    Hrrmm...my first day...

    I believe I was working on the cookers.

    Now I technically do the cookers, but half the time I am doing other stuff that the assistant managers tell me to do (because anyone else will either complain about doing it, or is more useful in the kitchen, more probably the second one).

    Last saturday I manned the whole dining room alone from 11:30 am to 5:00 pm. Cleaned tables, swept and mopped, changed the trash, and made customers feel welcome.

    It was 100% more fun than the cooker. xD
