Attention users, and staff, of Everypony.com. Tonight we received word of a security breach within the accounts of our site. Our Ex-Head Admin Foxytail had his Skype and Forum account hacked and as a result his skype logs have been leaked. His information regarding his forum account is admittedly vague at this point, but it's been secured. Three other users related to the staff have had their information compromised as well, one of which had been blackmailed. In addition to this, another user from the site was compromised as well, and he has been informed. At the moment, the problem has been taken care of. The source of the attack has been determined and the method has been uncovered as well, and with this unveiling we ask all of you to secure your skype and EP accounts. If you have signed up for FiM:U, or Friendship is Magic: United, it is imperative that your password on this site or skype as well be changed for security reasons. I was so scared when I saw this. No joke, I almost pissed myself at the thought of losing this forum.
Yeah, I believe my feelings toward this incident have been made clear. If he was truly hacking, then it wasn't anybody's fault. This is about as far as I'm going for this one. Last time I got involved with this kind of thing, I got caught up in some serious forum drama. Let's just say one of my aliases are less than reputable.

As soon as I saw this thread I knew who it was. No one would just randomly attack a small brony forum out of no where unless there was some sort of grudge.
He's the only one I've ever seen here who bragged to everyone about his computer knowledge. And I always knew there was some tension with him and this forum. My eyes see everything.:Boo:
Just as things were starting to turn around for this site. I'm not going to hate Grey, although I am very suprised that he did this. He claimed to be one of the more mature people.
Well, this was both disappointing and nerve wracking to read. I hope he really only got a few passwords. Changed all mine just in case though.
Well, I'm sad to have seen this side of the forum... I know I'm not active much on serious posts, but I mean... Ouch, bro.
Guys, it's not as big a deal as you think. Just change your passwords and move on. He no longer has any real power. He was the tech admin, what do you expect? He was in the position that would give him exactly the kind of power to do such a thing. And for one bragging about any computer knowledge... he obviously wasn't very knowledgeable. A smart man never reveals his arsenal.
