So I was thinking recently about ideas I had for pony related tv shows with the Hasbro license, I think these would be awesome to see the light of day. Cutie Mark Crusaders A series following older (teenage or adult) Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo and Applebloom, starting a help organization for blank flanks to help others find their special talents. This would have similiar ratings to FIM and target the same, maybe slightly older audience as well as bronies, though might be marketed mainly towards teen girls(boys) in it's message and themes. This show should not be too controversial, but I would want a few romantic storylines with the three protagonists. Chronicles of Equestria, The Nightmare Wars (altarnative title: Chronicles of Equestria, Apocalypse.) A show based on my roleplaying campaign taking place 500 years after FIM. The four Apocalypse Ponies have escaped from their ancient prison and Equestria is under siege from their undead forces. With the Champions of Harmony(Mane6) long deceased it is up to a new generation of champions to take up their mantle, gather the lost elements and face the forces of darkness. Among these are: Willow: Purple black/pink maned unicorn mare, she is a musician of the rock and roll variety and has an unpredictable and naive nature. She is the Element of Generosity. Possibly mane protagonist. Drake: Pegasus pony stallion who is a veteran of war, badflank like no tomorrow but usualy with a calm and calculative demeanour and deeply bound to his code of honour. Element of Honesty. Commander Bun: (need new name, maybe Con Mane) Earth pony colt and member of the Equestrian Secret Service, suave mare's stallion, very much like James Bond. Element of Loyalty. These were also player characters in my roleplaying group. Some other characters: Herpy Hooves: Pegasus, decendant of Derpy Hooves, very much like her ancestor, clumsy but good hearted, but because of the blood of Time Turner(Doctor Whooves) she has slight time related abillities. Element of Laughter Spike Now An adult, the only being except Celestia and Luna who lived at the time of the Mane 6. Even after 500 years, he still grieves Rarity's death. Villains: Death: (Also called the Nightmare King) Former Equestrian king who ruled the land with terror until he and his servant were banished to Tartarus by his two daughters, Celestia and Luna. Edit. More villains. Conquest A deceptive pony who's words can cause severe brainwash, first encountered manipulating the citizens of Applelousa into a rebellion against their princesses. Former advisor of the Nightmare King War Pony with flaming mane, a tactical genius, but bloodthirsty and impatient, general of the Nightmare King's armies. Encountered at the head of an undead horde while defending Ponyville from invaders. Famine. Former treasurer of Equestria who starved the people with high taxes. First encountered leading an army of Windigo's to cause starvation by blizzard in the Griffin Kingdoms. This series are meant to be for an older audience, would aim for PG 13 if possible, the main question is how kid friendly you could make this material as a would go with so low rating as I can with this content. The target audience would be boys from about 10, the only group currently not drawn to FIM. Will continue this list later, I have to go now, but tell me what you think of this idea, and do anypony have spinoff ideas of their own?
Those are some fun Ideas...but I think more realistically if we were ever to see a spin-off show it would probably be something like -The CMC as teens - The Adventures of Daring Do - A Prequel series set in the past portraying Luna & Celestia's history - Little 5 minute shorts shown inbetween shows showcasing various characters from the show Other then that I don't know, maybe G 4.5 will be about the Mane six kids or something, who knows. Yes Spike & Rarity's Pony/Dragon Baby leading a new group of Elements XD (ok probably not, but a guy can dream)
I really like the idea of the second one, but i think it would be too much for adults and teens, therefore i dont think we would ever see it, except Fanmade or as a Fanfic (which i would read)
I think it would be kind cool to get a web series focused on Derpy. Each episode being around 5 minutes long, and being purely comedy based.
A show about The Cutie Mark Crusaders either as they are now or older maybe them as teenagers, The Time Travel Adventures of Dr. Whooves and Derpy Hooves, My Little Pony The Filly Years, Royal Guard Training With Shining Armor and Princess Luna's Talk Show Hour.

I think it would be cool to see a show set in Canterlot at Celestia's School For Gifted Fillies. After all, Twilight can't be Celestia's only Faithful Student, can she?
