it's not. People working on mlp:fim said that there will be more seasons. Also, hasbro studios hired more story writers for mlp:fim after season 3 story was already done. Meaning, they will need them for future episodes, after season 3.
I'd be upset, but I'd probably find other things to do, I'll still be a pony fan and do pony related things, like now we're between seasons I didn't go off my head at all or anything wanting a new series straight away. The show's the best aspect at the moment, and if the fandom dies out, I don't care all that much, I'll still watch the show, I'll still buy the merch, and I'll still have the friends I've made.
That's the question that must be considered as pure heresy! Now we need a pony inquisition here... Seriously, i just don't know what would happen then! Maybe i would become a world known terrorist that fights for creation of new seasons. I can just imagine how i take hostages in a mask of Pinkie Pie... If to be completely serious, i think i would just switch my attention to other cool shows. You do realise, that My Little Pony is not the only cool show out there, right ? NOTE FOR CIA/GRU AND ETC: I would not become a common terrorist actualy! Maybe only the one who assaults people with cakes. NOTE FOR PONY INQUISITION: The last sentence about "cool shows" has not been written by me! It was someone else! Probably, my imaginary friend that lives in the attic!
Nopony expects the pony inquisition. If this was the last season, I would rage. I also sure hope they would have the mother of all awesome finally and tie up the story of the CMC getting their mark.
Honestly there is no way they would cancel the show after only 3 seasons especially considering all the fans it has (more monies for Hasbro)
i want the cutie mark crusaders to die, and more fighting scenes, rather than always using the elements of LAME against their enemys.
I'll accept it, but only at ONE condition: They MUST end why they started, so, before the season 3 "ends", they should: - Give a Cutie Mark to the CMC - Make Scootaloo fly - Show up Rainbow Dash Family - Make a point to where Applejack's janitors are - Did I miss something? WHEN and only WHEN they will satisfy these conditions, I will naturally accept that this cartoon ended. But i'll rage like a minotaur if they end MLP:FiM with an open ending (like I did with the Ranma 1/2 anime, they left it with an open ending, and let me tell, after 160+ episodes, YOU SHOULDN'T like an open ending.)
It would be stupid of them to end the show after only 3 seasons. The fan following is HUGE, and it keeps getting bigger. Honestly, I feel like this show will be really long, or never ending (Like Pokemon.) If they did end it, there are some things that would need to be wrapped up first, as stated earlier. They would need to end it with a bang.
As others have stated, I doubt the show will end soon, but when it does end (possibly in a few years), I will continue to enjoy the fandom and will continue watching the episodes I've missed.
I'll do that too plus continue checking out Equestria Daily, writing fan fiction and watching both fan made videos and PMVs I plan to continue being a brony for years to come.
Pretty sure this isn't the last season, The writers have hinted that they are working on season 4 atm, so at the very least we should get 4 seasons of pony. But if this were the last season, at least we would still have the fan works, and the comic book from IDW.
I need to check that one out. I remember seeing one that had a lot of video game music and occasional random video game references. I remember that an opening to one AB episode had Pokemon music from HG/SS. I also remember an AB series that had the VA for Pinkie Pie speaking with a Russian accent.
Pinkie Pie with a russian accent?, You must be talking about My Little Pony The Mentally Advanced Series although the people who make that haven't made an actual episode in about half a year maybe even longer lately though they have been doing Rainbow Dash presents it's a fun little thing were Rainbow Dash from The Mentally Advanced series reads fan fiction but changes the story to have it be funny sometimes other characters from The Mentally Advanced series make appearances as well.
