So, Hasbro wants to Add Minty to FIM in 2013!?

    This popped up on Hasbro's Facebook page, considering the big deal their making out of it, I doubt its solely about adding her to the toyline (they've already done that to her in the Blind-bag PVC figures & others with with the repaints & blind bags.)

    So what do you think, should they add Minty to FIM in season 4 come 2013, if so, what would you expect her to act like? Personally i'm guessing she would end up being a friend to Pinkie.

    What? Turn them into the Mane Seven?

    I have nothing against her being added to the background, or even bringing her into a story, but I do hope they're not talking about her joining the Mane Six.

    And Minty is one of the original (Gen 1) ponies. To quote wikipedia's description - "Minty is described to be a clumsy but airheaded ditz and also a green machine, who likes anything green, meaning it's her favirote color. She also loves collecting socks, standing on her head, playing checkers with Sweetberry and her favorite holiday is Christmas."

    Socks. Heh. And I guess they'll change "Christmas" to "Heart's Warming Eve." Also, in a Gen 3 version, she was voiced by Tabitha St. Germain.

    Oh no I don't think they would add her to the mane cast, just make her a side character like Big Mac, Cherilee, the Cakes, etc, or like that upcoming new Thunderbolt Pegasus we see RD flying with in the Season 3 promos.

    But yeah, I would'nt mind them keeping the whole collecting socks thing, thats a fun little quark, plus the "Ponies In Socks" crowd would flip-out...hmm maybe thats why they're doing it! XD.
