So I found one thing I despise about my university. All the trees on campus are infested with cicadas. I can't chill without those stupid bugs screeching at each other and when they fly, they smash themselves on every branch on the tree, which makes this infernal *smack* noise. Shut the hay up!!
I do have a pair of Bose headphones that ate awesome, but I'm not sure if I should bring them with me...I'll give it a shot, anything to get rid of those stupid banshee bugs...
Ha ha...cicadas are big, nasty little things and I don't think they'll drop dead from some bug spray. Besides, there's too many of them...ugh..
I don't hear any in Maryland, I heard they only show up every 17 years, so long time no see. Side note: my brother is fascinated by them.

Anyways, my first set of shirts are coming to my front door any time today. It just went out to delivery when I was tracking it, and it is somewhere 10-20 mile radius around me. (Not sure how UPS actually ships their orders from person to person.) So yeah, after that I plan on getting the other shirts I want eventually. (On the Pony Toys Thread.) EDIT: Also going to make an unboxing video/commentary over the weekend.
Fortunately, I haven't seen any of those at my university. The thing we need to worry about around here are stink bugs. I've only seen one so far, but I hope that's all I see. Last fall, they started showing up everywhere for a day or two, but then it got really cold and they all must've died. Good riddance. Oh, DRD. Why is it that I always laugh when I see you type the word "ship." I heard an advertisement on TV the other day, and I don't remember what it was for, but as soon as they said "free shipping" I cracked up and thought of you. I just figured I'd let you know. So, I won something today! In my weather forecasting class and we played a game of weather Jeopardy just for fun. When it was my turn, the category and amount I chose happened to be a bonus question. I thought, "Oh great! I got the hard question (or answer, in this case). Lucky me." However, I got it right and won a $5.00 Dunkin' Donuts gift card. Yay! Now I can go to a DD and demand a donut with extra sprinkles just like Spike! Heh. Well, I wouldn't really do that because that'd be rude, but maybe if I want another donut I should use the Pony Sounds app on my iPhone and play Spike's line.
