I don't know if they're famous outside of Youtube but Megami 33 and Masako X plus I know that Little Kuriboh at least somewhat likes the show either that or he sang the theme song in his Marik voice just to mess with us.
Some of these were just having a laugh- they're not really bronies... But apart from them, many of thee seem goood.

With out context of what that talk was about, no, it doesn't count in my book. What is he claiming to be proud of?
You got a point there we can't confirm him being a brony unless he comes out and says that he is one or at least someone who watches the show but isn't a fan.

Hate to burst a bubble but he's on holiday at the moment in the Alps for Christmas and New Years, he has kids who watch MLP, and was spending some time with them. Amethyst Star and Peachy Sweet are not from Friendship is Magic so he probably isn't a brony if he doesn't know that, more than likely he was making a joke about how to kids, your favourite character is life or death.
Oh, well thanks for clearing that up then... Oh well, it was still awesome to have him reference the show.
Sean Astin (played Sam in LOTR) is a brony. I can't find the video at the moment, but in it he is talking with Tara Strong and admits he is a Brony and that Twilight Sparkle is his favourite.
