School just started and it didn't go too well, not in an emotional sense, but in the sense of where you go "Man, I really shouldn't have d!&%ed around the first two years, now this really sucks." Anyway, I'm probably not gonna be able to reply to my stuff here as much as I'd like to, but please know I'm still present on the forums, just not able to reply to everpony :[ I really hate not being able to reply to everypony, I really try my best to. Anyway, it seems Muesli, Ripp, and I are gonna do a podcast thing tomorrow, I'm gonna record and do the sound editing, so lets see how this goes... Love ya guys.
It's good you take the time to reply to as many as you can. Small things like that can actually have a big impact. However, if you have real life engagements, then it's completely understandable. We can't all spend 24/7 with ponies, ad much as we would like to.
I know! I'd really like to just be on these forums all day, but sometimes we gotta realize that there are more important matters in life.
Ah, I understand how this goes. I was somewhat active when I first signed up here, but then I started nursing school, and I got extremely busy. School and life come first; we'll see you around when you are able to get on. :3
Hey, Snowy. It's okay. You don't need to reply to everything, as much as I do appreciate your responses to my posts. Wait a minute! You didn't reply to mine in the "How was everyponie's day?" thread! What?! Suddenly my day doesn't matter to you?! In case you can't tell, I'm totally joking right now. As I said, I appreciate the responses, and they definitely do not go unnoticed, but you are under no obligation to reply. Besides, you need to keep your priorities in order, and school is definitely first. Despite how much we probably want to put ponies first, we simply can't, or rather, shouldn't. Thank you for informing us about your possible decrease in activity. At least you'll still be around, and even if at some point it came to you having to take a break from here for a while, that's completely understandable if your scholastic duties dictate it so. Good luck with school, and good luck on the podcast thing.
Yeah but school commitments are getting more involved, my next 4 weeks especially are going to be busy. I tend to scan the forums for interesting looking titles and reply to those. I wish I could be more active, but I will make at least one or two posts a day, FOREVER!
well, school is important, and it's good that school is on your first place. I hope you won't have hard time at school, and if you need ANY help with school work, don't hesitate to contact me here or on facebook.
You're not the only one. My college course starts shortly too. Having said that, it'll only take time out of my Mondays and Wednesdays..
As much as I hate to say it, School is more important than ponies. ...Says the guy who is going on a pony forum in the middle of work! Back to work for me; take care Snowy.
Yeah, as much as I hate it, school is more important. If only there was a way to combine education AND ponies....hmmm... We're always here Snowy and we'll always look forward to what you have to say! Good luck in your classes!
You're welcome. :3 In all honesty, this is what I do as well; even when I'm not so busy, and when I have time to browse the forums. I honestly believe that I should only reply to something when I have something to contribute to the discussion, and that is much easier when I have an interest in the topic at hand. That would be quite fascinating and wonderful, hehe.
I was just thinking the other day that activity on here should drop a little - maybe even a lot - once school starts up. Well, there's still weekends and holidays. @Setzer/MattyJei - Yeah, I also look for interesting titles to threads, then read through the thread. On a couple of occasions, I've read through, thought about the topic, and said to myself, "Well, not much I can add to that." It feels kind of funny, though, reading through it and not adding my 2 cents worth. But, I really don't like it when people just say "Me too!"
Thank you for being so understanding about this, I just feel replying is part of my redemption ^^" I'm really happy you took the time to comment here then, I really do appreciate it. I agree, thanks *hugs* Thanks Yeti, I'll contact you if I need anything *hugs* Oh jeez, I hope to get into film school next year :[ You too, dude. ;] Thank you! That's very true, Dwynter.
That's a very nice gesture, but you don't need to do that. Just the fact that you are here with us, add to discussions and provide interesting conversation (in addition to any other things I may have missed) is fine. There is no need to stress over replying to every post. You're doing just fine. I think you've already redeemed yourself. You shared with us your past and, based on the replies, I'd say your redemption is complete. You can let it go now. Just relax and enjoy your time here. You have enough to deal with when it comes to school and any other IRL issues. This place is meant to be a retreat from all that. So, please, and I sincerely mean this, don't feel obligated to reply. Reply if you want to, not because you feel like you need to.
I do want to do the replies, and I don't feel uber stressed about redeeming myself, I just feel better know that I've been trying me best to reply and assist people on here ^^"
