I gave more than I got this year. I bought lots of MLP stuff for my nieces. I got 3 things I wanted though. New luggage - really, really good luggage, a new GPS for the car, with lifetime maps and traffic, and a new electric wet/dry razor that I can use on my head and my face. Not a bad day at all.
I just picked up Black Ops 2 today with my Best Buy gift card. It was on sale for $40 and the gift card was for $40. It's fun when things work out.

So I`ve been told why i Didnt get anything from parentals this year : It turns out Im going to disney world for 5 and a half weeks, taking up all of march.....
Those are all terrible. "Oh man, I can't believe my relatives didn't do exactly what I wanted them to! I have a loving family that thinks fondly enough of me to spend time and money getting me things I don't need, but they didn't get me the (insert expensive item) I wanted! Woe is me!" Seriously. How selfish can you get? This year, my dad got me the same shirt he got me last Christmas, and the Christmas before that. Did I complain? Nope! I didn't even dream of it. He was thinking of me, and that's enough. I refuse to patronize the people who are helping to pay for my education and allowing me to life in their house for free. Besides, he knows I need more clothes. Shirts keep me warm.
I got an iPhone, iPad mini, some headphones, assorted shirts and hoodies, as well as $110. The $110 is a decent start towards buying plane tickets to see my gf this summer. I drew a picture of Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie for her this Christmas, if you want to see it it's posted in the art section.
I'm guessing that even though you told me you're also a DBZ fan like me you didn't get Dragon Ball Z Budokai HD Collection or any episodes of DBZ or DBZ Kai on DVD or Bluray did you?
I got a new laptop as a joint christmas-birthday present, along with some other little things. I'm pretty happy with this.
I got Apple jack, Rarity and Cherry Pie figures, as well as a special edition copy of Dishonored, which came with a deck of cards ad a dark assassin pack thng, Halo 4, some racing game, Fable 3 (which is AWESOME.), Epic Mickey 2 and LoZ Twilight Prncess. I also got an Xbox 360, even though I've got a pretty awesome gaming PC... *Shrug* It's cool. Oh, and a giant gingerbread man! Some other little bits too...
Mostly games this christmas, I didn't get much else... and this was the one year I wanted clothes! I had so much to ask for! Anyway, this isn't the "what you didn't get thread" so... DBZ budokai hd collection, Halo 4, Uncharted 1-3, Mortal Kombat Vita, Rayman Origins Vita, Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's edge, New Super Mario Bros. U, and in the book department, The entire lord of the rings collection with the hobbit, My own bible, and Mein Kampf (don't judge please) That's about it really... and beside the books, most of the games we're purchased on gift cards I don't care about stuff for christmas, I just like getting together with the family. But it didn't feel like I got less, about as much as I normally do... It just felt hollow, like last minute stuff grabbed by the rest of the family while me, my grandma, and mother all tried our damnedest (pardon my language)
