I love the song a lot, it's a cute rendition of mid-century pop music. And a lot of 1950s themes like the rise of theaters and how soda/shake parlors were popular then. Fillies drinking shakes is easily one of the cutest things to come from an already cute show. The thing I like about Babs is at first, I thought she would be a shy, timid pony, similar to Fluttershy, then she became a cool bully with the hardcore personality. I hate mean people, but Babs is one I like, like her even more when she repented. Babs wins the best bully award in my book.
x2 I can't get over that Boston accent, it grates on my ears and she sounds very boyish. But other than that she's a likeable enough character.
I for one like her accent and thought it fitted her personality, but it is sorta inaccurate since it's Bostonian and not NYC-based, wrong East Coast city Hasbro.
