A Juggalo is a person who is a REAL big fan of ICP, Twiztid, and other Psychopathic Records artist. They usually paint their faces to look like an evil clown and they carry hatchets and say "WHOOP WHOOP" all the time. They claim not to be a gang, but a family, yet they have no idea that gangs started off as family. Remember, Mafia means "My Family" in Italian and other gangs got their ideas from them.
^^ To add to the juggalo conversation up there, I've known a couple self-proclaimed Juggalos in my time and, well... let's just say that I've learned from experience to stay away from them. Ever see that one Workaholics episode? Yeah...pretty much that. Back on topic.. My best friend knows I like MLP, and he pokes fun at me for it on occasion, but overall he doesn't really care. He told me the other day he watched the first episode, but doesn't get why I like it, so I told him you gotta give it at least 3-4 episodes. So I guess we'll see what happens. He thinks the fandom is nothing but weirdos though lol; he may have a point, but at least they're awesome weirdos. My brother is also pretty indifferent about it, he said he'd give it a try eventually, but he first said that over a year ago and he still hasn't. He thought the parodies I showed him were cool though. They're both into anime, and they get a lot of the new shows they watch from me, so I figured if I talked about how great MLP was, they'd give it a shot. I don't force it on them or actively try to get them to watch it, but when it comes up I make a point to talk about it briefly and with enthusiasm so as to plant the seed. So far, no takers, but it's whatever.
Everyone at my college is indifferent. Except this one guy I know who's a very shy brony. He likes the show more than anything though, doesn't get involved in the fandom much.
Khrystopher knows I am a Brony, and he considers himself a Semi-Brony. He has yet to see an episode, but he knows all the Mane 6 well as well as Scootaloo, and others. His favorite is Twilight Sparkle and he loves some of the parodies. We often make 'clopper jokes', and he trolls by saying he is one. I doubt he is one, but he really likes hentai (I hope it's ok for me to say that) and posts a lot of provocative anime girl pictures. He mainly likes the pictures, YT parodies, and he uses them as video covers for his rap songs, like he has a rap song with Rainbow Dash in shades, and another with a human Vinyl Scratch.
Well.... today i found out my non brony friend are not all indifferent... they like that i am a brony They got me this: Well.... at least they tried
Well. My roommate wasn't against it, but he was indifferent for a little bit. Now he's halfway through Season 2, and he took Rainbow Dash's cutie mark and made it into his Black Ops 2 emblem. xD ... Did I win?
My brother said that he had a convo with his gf yesterday as to why I like MLP, explaining that FiM is different than the older MLP gens she remembers. I guess she gets it now...but my brother is terrible at explaining anything and FiM is so different from the older gens that someone would need to watch it to fully realize that, if they have the older gens on the brain. Or something. Anyway, so I took the opportunity to bug him some more about watching the show, since he was over at my house taking the oppurtunity to play on my xbox like he does every weekend. He said he would watch it eventually...again...but didn't seem too overly enthusiastic about it. So after a year and a half of him saying he'd eventually watch it, I'm just going to chalk it up as a futile endeavor.
Really none of my IRL friends are into it. Not many Dutch people are. But that doesn't stop me from loving it and being involved .
My Fiance introduced me to it. I honestly thought he was crazy but then I watched it and well....I watch more than him. But I also have a few friends who like it. But some don't want anything to do with it. My guy friends like it more than the girls.
