What about poor Lyon over there? His colors are exactly the same as the background. If it wasn't for his mane, I wouldn't even notice him. On some pages it looks really good. Maybe we should just have it on that one page the whole time instead of it changing with each one.

If I was messaged privately, then that wouldn't work because I delete my inbox messages every couple of weeks or so. The safest bet was to post in the thread. Some people have also left the site, so I avoided adding some people to make space for those still here; there'd be little point adding someone who's left or been inactive for a long time. @Chocolatechip You didn't make a post in the submissions thread as far as I can see, and if you PM'd me alone then the message would have been gone by now, otherwise I would have seen it and done it, sorry about that. @Tenor I know you posted in the thread but I didn't get an OC reference; I remember a discussion about being an evil twin of Dragon with a moustache, but I don't think I've ever seen your actual OC What I would like to bear in mind is that the banner was originally meant to be just 8 ponies at the most. I know a lot of people actually forgot this project was still going, and really I had the perfect chance there to let it die, but it would have felt unfair to those who wanted to participate that they didn't get something, whereas others had. I spent my whole weekend tweaking previous vectors, and of course making the new ones. So if there are some who are disappointed by it, I tried my best but it's not quite there. Just wanted to clear that up, thanks everyone for all the feedback. My targets to improve: 1. Put outlines on the vector so it stands out more clearly 2. Possibly use poses which make the wings more visible (it was hard because of all the ponies overlapping each other) 3. I'm for that idea. *Evil grin.* I didn't actually realize the project was going on (somehow.) Oh, what I did to make things stand out a little better with some of my art was do a sort of soft airbrush outline in the layer underneath everything, giving it a bit of a glow. If you went over the edges of everypony with it, it would probably make them all stand out better. Black would probably do just fine, too. Example? Well, I have been pretty lazy with that effect lately, it seems, but here's my last example of its usage in the way I described.
I don't have one in the sense that I made my own. I was just going off that one fanfic were I was Dragonbaits evil twin and got eaten by Godzilla/(It might have been Xaniith). Long story short, I stole Dragonbait's and added a Snidley Whiplash mustache.
That fic was the best thing to ever grace my retinas with its presence. And your name is Donut? Is that like a middle name? :derpe:
