Now that Discord has become good and friends with Fluttershy do you think that in Season four and other future Seasons we'll be seeing him more often?
^^ Agreed. We saw Trixie again once, like two seasons later. He'll show up again eventually, but I wouldn't count on seeing him again in the next 10-20 episodes.
I'm actually pretty sure we'll see him in the season finale, or next season's pilot episodes or something.
I think we'll see him every time the princesses are around, he's like their guest now, and he'll probably be talking to them quite often. Celestia would want to keep him quite close too, just in case. So I can see him popping up in the next season or the finale quite easily I think they need his magic for a part of the coronation.
I just Saturday's episode again and noticed something I hadn't during my first viewing. Princess Celestia tells Twilight that she will have the elements of Harmony kept in Ponyville just in case. Right after that Discord's ears twitch. that has to mean something, but what?
I thought his transformation to good was ridiculously rushed... but it is cool. I really hope to see him pop up here and there. He's a good character with one heck of a voice actor.
That would be great although technically Luna showed up twice in both Season 2 and Season 3 remember?

OK my guess is Discord will be one of the people along with Luna to help Twilight in her next step of training come season 4.
