Almost everyday I come home depressed. Then jump on here hoping it would cheer me up, which it does sometimes. Other times it makes me more depressed because I get ignored or I kill a very active thread for a few days.

I feel like I'm standing still and everyone else around me is running forward and there's nothing I can do about it.

This is a feeling that a lot of people get.

Dude I just dropped out and I knew how you felt. The only reason I was able to cope with it was that I joined a fraternity. It was a lot of fun but still not enough and then thanks to memebase I found the show and then I joined here so I could hopefully meet up with other bronies who are close by, you're never alone even if we can only connect over the internet.

Sometimes it can be tough, we all have rough patches and most of us have come to feel that being stuck feeling before. What you might try to do is pick up some odd hobby that takes your mind off of things, for me it was always writing and reading, love to do both way too much and whenever I have my nose buried in a book or I'm writing I'm not focused on what's around me and it's great therapy.

Hmm. I suspect my anti-depressants are losing their effect. That is what is currently on my mind. I'm gonna consult my doctor about it more or less, its not unusual for someone to have to change medications. >_>

I shouldn't have eaten that Pizza for Dinner, gave me a wicked bad stomach ache...

and on the nerd front, it amazes me how small minded most media fans can be, how can people who watch anime, cartoons, etc be so narrow minded in their views of what a show should or should not do... if you limit your expectations, you limit potential, change is the only constant, good stories grow and evolve over time! Bad stories stagnate and do nothing! *punches internet!*

Actually, it would make more sense that if you let go of your expectations and preconceived notions about something, then you would open your mind and widen your gaze to accept new possibilities. *Semantics and philosophy 101 - covered

I feel that bronies are becoming more and more self-centered and rude with each passing episode.

They've always been that way. The whole "love and tolerance" ideal is fading and people will show more and more of they're true selves and less of the courteousness and tolerance they once did.

We will all soon devolve into the hateful internet savages we once were. :3

    ...sorry, I'm prolly not helping.

I've known this for a long time.

Bronies are very quickly becoming the next Furry Fandom. All Drama, little things to enjoy about it when you get caught up in said drama.

I've made my decision to leave the fandom (Though, not this site.) should the Twilicorn fiasco reach higher-than-Derpy-Situation levels.

I hate what the show has become, I hate what most of the fans have become even more.

I feel like you just described it like a terrible affliction that have symptoms of love and tolerance before reverting into a violent primal state.

    ... Kudos. xD

I find it extremely painful when the people I once cared about, (And in most cases, still do care about) leave me because of a mistake I made before, and don't even give me a chance to talk to them or just simply apologize to them.

There are a select few who I have wronged immensely, and I would give anything just to apologize to them. Both on the internet and off.

I don't care if they don't want to become my friends again, or if they simply just feign forgiveness to me.

I just want a chance to say I'm sorry. Unfortunately, it never happens. And that hurts me more than any physical wound.

I hate the show, too. Not because of the fandom.

It's painful to see how it's become nothing but lame pop-culture references and filler garbage.

The reason I liked MLP was for it's simplistic charm. It didn't try too hard and it didn't make me want to turn the TV off because it made an overly used joke that's obviously shot towards the fans.
