    So, hi everyone!

I've made my first serious drawing, a pony drawing! It started out not so serious (I love telling stories :p.) Anyway, I was in class, doing a theory test (an NLT test to be exact. It's literal English translation is Nature, Life and Technology. It has to do with forensic investigations, a bit of math, bit of, chemistry, bit of science.) I'm very good at this subject so I was done fairly quickly. I handed in the papers and noticed I still had plenty of time left. Boredom was setting in, so I decided to take out a note block and draw some silly stuff. With silly stuff I mean this:

    (LOL WTF WAS I THINKING!)

Anyway, let's carry on. After drawing this, I was quite impressed with myself, despite the obviously comedic drawing. Then I remembered My little pony. I started thinking: Hmm, I should draw a pony! I should draw Pinkie Pie :D! So, I went on and did a few sketches:

The lesson was over, and to be honest, I found the sketches kind of sh*te (The bottom one looks more like a cat. LOL.) but when I got home, I was determined to make it look good. I saw potential and did a few more sketches, until I found myself ready and drew this:

It does lack some detail but this is really my first drawing. Please keep that in mind. As you can see above there is a coloring pencil so I colored it in:

I'm quite proud of myself despite the lack of detail and the hair not being 100% accurate. (The front misses one little detail.) I know there are people with much much more talent than me out there. But I found it good enough to share with my fellow bronies.

PS. Do you notice something? It looks like she's looking straight into the rainbow. This effect exists due to the glass around my lights which creates a spectrum of light and that spectrum of light bouncing off the paper. Thought that was quite funny :p.

PPS. Click the image once to see it in a bigger format, click it again to view it in its full format.

Awww! What a cute drawing of Pinkie Pie! It's very appealing.

Please don't think of it as a bad thing when your art style isn't the same as the show's art style. Individuality is what makes us unique! Draw things the way you see them! Keep drawing!

Also that rainbow on your page is an awesome coincidence... Clever little photons. :omg:

I thank you for your very kind words :). I certainly agree and I will certainly keep drawing.

Is it a coincidence?? Or is it magic :O.

    Thanks again Wiinajamizzi!
