    I can't help myself but to counter with another question: Since when is European a language?
    and
    Since when is English non European language?

    (you probably wanted to ask me what language I'm fluent in, and answer is: I'm fluent in Croatian (which is my native language), but I'm almost equally fluent in English (which is foreign language for me). I also know little bit of German)
