More or less the same thing for me. Dash either way. I mean, dating the element of Loyalty, talk about faithfulness, I would never have to worry about cheating whatsoever. Rainbow has such a wonderful personality, brash, yes, but very sweet, even though she may try to hide it.
You all make very good points... so many ponies... so many wonderful personalities. However, no pony can hold a candle to Nightmare Moon/Luna.
Even after reading the "Don't date ponies" thread, I would still like to date Twilight. I admit, the thread did make me think a bit, but then again, aren't those just general robotic quotes? Who's to say that they wouldn't or couldn't learn more about you and your personality, and then change to that. Plus, wouldn't you slightly adjust to them as well? Twilight would probably pull that planning stuff on me, but she could just easily learn that I spent time on reserving a table for us, probably an expensive reservation, not just for the food. As such, make sure to know what short and long term effects of dating a certain pony would happen. For the rest of the questions, Pony on Earth and Human in Equestria are two different things. Some say it's black and white, but I could easily write an essay about how different they are. Even then, I still think that going to Equestria would make it easier to date, as Twilight is considered old enough to run a library, buy and live in her house/library, and graduate college. She also gets to vacation at far away places with just her friends to trust in places she's never been to. As such, she is probably around 18 or even 21, and I'm fourteen, but having no parents in Equestria to govern who I date. Blah blah blah sociology blah blah blah. I'm just going to say that I date Twilight in Equestria as a human.
I'd probably date... ummm... errr... probably Pinkie Pie, due to the fact she is fun loving and protective of her friends. And weird, like me.

Fluttershy, she surely has her ups and downs, but shes still the one i could imagine myself with. I know people like Rarity, but when it comes to dating, anyone but her in the main six would be fine by me!
None of them, cause I am not a clopper or into horses. But if there are human versions of them, then most likely Rainbow Dash or Fluttershy, wouldn't mind Pinkie Pie (not for looks, but because she is so funny, and I like funny people) or Twilight Sparkle.
