So, I've just started getting into this, and I'm enjoying it so far! I thought I'd see whether anyone else enjoyed this sport.
I'm a bit of a newbie at this, I've only been doing it for a week and am still quite nervous about some of the stuff, but I've learnt the Safety vault, the Lazy vault and the Thief vault. I've also got the Cat grab wrapped up, and am practising the Tic Tac- I'd like to learn the Speed vault and the Kong, and have to speed up my moves in general.

Anywho, I ain't great at it yet, but I'd love to find out whether there's other people 'round here who're interested in this. So, any other Free runners/ Parkour Everypudlians out there?

Ah, parkour. Do it right and it looks really cool. Do it wrong and you break your neck.

How I would love to try it out some time, but I'm too scared to injure myself. I'm a total baby when it comes to injury; haven't broken a single bone yet and will probably wail like a little girl when I do.

I think I would be moderately O.K. at parkour seeing as I run hurdles, but not gonna try to find out.

I've done it a few times. It's an interesting sport.
It's also a great source of 'fail' videos.

I've been thinking of trying this out, trying to build up some muscle and stamina before hand though. Long runs and such.

A couple friends and I used to be into Parkour. We eventually got bored of it, but it was immense fun while it lasted. Although I shouldn't have tried to jump onto that one tiny metal post. Gave me a huge bruise on my leg when I slipped. And elderly people don't like it when you practice at the senior residence. They do call the cops, so be careful where you practice.

I kinda tried to get into it, but I basically live in the middle of a forest. So nowhere to practice.

Although I still managed to sprain my ankle... :derpe:

    Heh, that's fair

That it is, sir. That it is. xD

I need to condition myself a bit more before I go on to learn more stuff too... I just wish I could run in and learn it all, I don't have the patience. xD

Ooh, that metal post sounds like it was painful. Heh , twice now have I tried to vault something, and landed on my... Privates. That hurts like hell. xD I ain't trying the kong again until I've built up a bit more strength. xD

I agree with Enails, although it's best t do it in more built up areas, I can imaging a forest being an Awesome place to do a spotta parkour, though I've never really done it outside the small town I live in....
