Banana Spiders. Those things are adorable! I once saw one kill a mouse that had somehow gotten caught in a web.
OHgod... needles too! ;____; >.> > Harley has to get a shot at the doctor's office > brings her stuffed reindeer she's had since she was 4 days old
(Quoting a demotivational poster) "You son of a b****! You divided by zero, didn't you!?" Sorry, couldn't resist the opportunity, Tempest. Anywho, I feel left out... because I don't know if I even have any phobias...
I'm not sure if it's a phobia, but it's something that inhibits me from actually saying what it is due to it's nature. You're free to speculate to yourself about this, because I am not going to be playing 20 questions with this. I've literally only told 3 people about it. Edit: I just googled it. It's actually not a phobia. I'd say what it really is but that'd give it away. Edit: Make that 4
Wait, am I the only that isn't afraid of spiders? Seriously, why is everyone afraid of ONE, LONE, SPIDER? I'm sorry, but flying, yellow insects that can swarm you are much scarier than one little spider. I like spiders.
My visit to Australia curee my fear of spiders. My first girlfriend was afraid of them and I wanted to look tough so I reloved them for her. I guess my fear wan't that severe anyway.
I have the biggest fear of spiders (looks like I am not alone on this), even talking about them makes me freak out. I had to skip y'all's post about them, cause of it. I have misophobia, which is the fear of hate or disaffection, I've been hated by people I wanted approval from for one reason or another. I often avoid people & social situations cause of it. Even don't here much cause of it. The fear of loneliness & rejection. And I have apprehension (anxiety & fear about the future). Then add fear of judgment, prejudgment, & egophobia (fear of self), and that's most of mine. Sent from my iPod touch named 'Rainbow Dash' cause I am the Realest BRonY in the mug, by Tapatalk.
I can honestly say I'm not scared of anything except: - Beeing laughed at (not among friends) - Not beeing good enough (most of the time) But spiders? hug 'em all!
Spoiler: Warning: Spiders Lookit the little guy. So Kyoot!
Spoiler: Warning: Spiders Look at this little cutie. This little cutie is why I really don't understand being scared of spiders. Yes, she may look to be a huge vicious badass, but in actuality, the Nephila spider is one of the most docile species of spider in the world, if not outright the most. So much so that this spider was often kept in people's houses as a sort of pet due to it's habits of remaining in the same thread for months at a time. With this in mind, people would purposely place this spider in places where they wanted to keep other insects out of, such as in window frames and over baby cribs. This spider is so docile it was used to guard babies from other insects and spiders. Another interesting thing about it is the fact that it's web comes out gold. Cool, huh? Edit: Guys, this is a phobia thread. Please don't go posting pictures of other people's fear without a spoiler tag. That's kind of messed up otherwise.
Wow, she is beautiful. Though I will admit a lot of spiders have really morbid habits. And yeah, you're right about the spider warnings. Sorry, that was insensitive of me.
