A few nights ago I had a dream where I got to see the first episode of season two. It starts with Princess Celestia waking up, but she isn't in the royal palace. She's in some kind of cell covered with curtains, she then immediately demands to know what is going on. But she gets no response. She tries to teleport out of the cell, but at this point she discovers that shes been depowered somehow, as here it's revealed that she's taken on her pre-monarch form. She still retains her size though but she's missing her multicolored self waving mane which is back to its single pink color. Celestia sees if so can find out where she is but lifting the curtains behind the iron bars with her horn, she discovers that she is in a wagon, being carted off to some unknown location. Scene then cuts to Applejack and Big Mac sitting at a table at some kind of bar opposite a goblin type monster holding a deck of cards which he is rearranging. Applejack is demanding answers but the goblin is being coy, responding "I may know everything, but my pockets say I know nothing." Big Mac then gets persnippity, the goblin responds by mind throwing him across the room. Before the situation escalates any farther, the fight is interrupted by a familiar voice. It's Zecora, she reminds the goblin that she did him a favor and he still owes her one (in rhyme of course.) The goblin reluctantly agrees to give up what he knows. Scene cuts back to the confined Princess. Celestia tries to break out of her cell with raw strength but the structure is just too strong. She tries magic once again, but in addition to being depowered the cell is also canceling out her overt attempts at magic, by zapping her. She then attempts a more subtle form of magic, telepathy, first she attempts to contact Twilight Sparkle, but fears she hasn't learned advanced skill set needed to receive telepathy, yet alone response to it. After being unable to make contact with Twilight Sparkle of any kind, she then attempts telepathy with Princess Luna. The response she gets garbled, but enough let Celestia know that Luna has Zeroed in her location. Princess Celestia breathes a sigh of relief as now she knows that royal guard is on their there way. Only to find that Princess Luna has teleported into the same cell. Celestia asks Luna why she decided to teleport into a magic cancelling cell. Luna answers she didn't get that part of the message. Celestia then asks if Luna told the Royal Guard where she cell was, Luna says yes, Celesta than asks Luna how she told them. "I pointed..." Luna says bashfully, Celestia then face hoofed, they are now both stuck in the cell, with only a vague heading for the royal guard to act on. Luna profusely apologizes for her mistake, stating that the whole palace has been a panic since word came in that the conference was attacked. Celestia asked "what conference?" but then remembered everything, she was attending the annual conference of Magical Theory, when goblin like creatures stormed the venue with magic nets. The Unicorns tried to defend themselves, but they couldn't get any magic spells off the ground. In the flashback we see that Rarity escaped capture because she was in the raptures fixing up in the show curtains. Celestia realized that the creatures must have put dullshroom spores into the conference's catering, which interferes with a unicorn's horn. At this moment it was relized that escape was a bigger priority than anticipated. Celestia needed a dullshroom counter-agent immediately, while the effects of dullshroom wears off on its own overtime, if Celestia wasn't repowered by sundown, they would be facing a major crisis. Celestia expositions that the cell is designed to cancel out unicorn based magic. She then realizes that there was method of escape available: Luna's mist form. Luna immediately objects, as the mist form was one of Nightmare Moon's powers, and that using it may reconstitute her. Celestia insists that that the impending crisis was enough to justify the risks, and that she has faith in Luna. She then reluctantly agrees and then holds on to her sister. The two become a pink and blue mist entity which pass through the bars and curtains, and reform behind some bushes out of view. Celestia is fine, but Luna is shuttering, her eyes have turned snake like and her voice is trembling. After Celestia assures Luna that she is stronger than Nightmare Moon, she stops shuttering and her voice returns to normal. But her eyes remain slitted. The two sisters take a peek over the bushes they're hiding behind. They see a series wagons pulled by oxen and driven by the goblin like creatures. Some of the wagons have fine curtains and some of have severally damaged curtains. But in one of the wagons they see Twilight Sparkle and Trixie laying unconscious. Celestia is unsure what to do. She's been severally depowered and relying on Luna alone would risk a reconstitution of Nightmare Moon. Does she go after the dullshroom counter-agent and risk losing Twilight or does she go after Twilight and risk a serious crisis? (Commercial break) The two sisters are then flagged down by AJ, Big Mac and Rarity. They exposision that they found out that Goblins where up to something big, and that they needed to a lot of raw magical power to get it started... ...And that's where the dream ended, well technically I had to leave because I had to be on a gameshow but I didn't get back in time before the dream ended. Sorry...
I'm trying to get my dreams to consist of ponies. On another note, how on Earth did you remember all of that? Normally you forget it all after you wake up.
It's actually very interesting Testyal1. You usually forget when you start to move. So if you wake up and not move, theoretically (Not my theory) you can remember the dreams. I forgot where I heard this, but I remember hearing it.
HEY HEY HEY HEY! This doesn't count as fan fiction. Fan fiction is intentional, this is just some dream I had. I haven't been sleeping well recently so there's not enough time between the dream and waking up for me to forget anything. Which is typical for me.
I'd love this to come out! Finally Celestia's doing something out of boring deeds! Your mind deserves an Oscar!
