    Personally I see this as more of Cadence being shoved down our throat in favor of the target audience.
    Guys, no matter how we look at it, them putting PRIMARY focus on something other than the target audience would be much more betrayal than betraying the bronies. In putting primary focus on us, they would not only be betraying the little girls growing up with this, they would be betraying The parents who grew up with earlier MLP generations.
