Eyup, same here. Actually don't like to participate in many community shaped forums. Just decide on one, other forums are like for getting certain information etc. : P
Sorry, but I don't see it as both. Although, I agree with the "good" thing you said. That is true. We did finally realize that we are not invulnerable. We also had a sense of unity and patriotism after it, although some people took it too far and used it as an excuse for accepted racism. However, it was at the cost of innocent lives. I will never say it's both happy and unhappy. I just think it's inappropriate to use the word "Happy" and "9/11" together. I do not feel at rest because Osama Bin Laden is dead. I'm guessing what you meant was closure. If anything, I feel we're in greater danger because of that. Before anyone gets the wrong idea, I do not only think this way about American disasters. I know some people may think that all of us only think of ourselves, but that's not true. I feel bad whenever I hear about any disaster around the globe. This is why I don't watch the news because I feel depressed after hearing about all the bad things going on in the world. Anyway, I'm logging off for a little while. I gotta make a phone call. Sorry for bringing it up. I just felt inclined to say something. Feel free to move onto a happier discussion before this turns into something worse.

Yes, I meant Closure... most of them, even those with closure, still felt they were at risk by other members of Al-Quada. In my opinion, Hitler, Ivan the Terrible, and Osama bin Laden are the three people who deserved to die for what they did. I can only hope the revolution in Libya doesn't turn it into a terrorist/communist country. If it does, that's yet another war we "Need" to get involved in. Pathetic really. By the way... Hitler got off easy. That's my 2 cents.
Rainbow Dash keeps trolling me today. I keep hearing thunder, but then the storms either dissipate before they hit or I just get a tiny bit of rain, then the storm moves away. I'm hearing thunder again now. Rainbow Dash: Do you like thunderstorms? ePONYmous: Yes, I like thunderstorms. Rainbow Dash: So you are a beeyetch that likes mmmm thunderstorms? ePONYmous: What? Rainbow Dash: Let me just clarify something, you are a beeyetch that likes mmmm thunderstorms. Rainbow Dash: Right? Rainbow Dash: Yes?! ePONYmous: Wait, I don't see where you're going with... Rainbow Dash: You are... You are... Rainbow Dash: Hey! Hey! Rainbow Dash: You are a beeyetch that likes thunderstorms! ePONYmous: I don't... I guess... I guess I am. Rainbow Dash: You're a *squee!* that likes thunderstorms! ePONYmous: I guess I am. Rainbow Dash: Okay that's great, because you ain't findin' any thunderstorms, in PENNSYLVANIAAAAAAAAAAHHH! *Moves all the clouds away and flies off in 10 seconds flat* Rainbow Dash: BEE-YETCH!!! Okay, not as funny as the original, but... meh.
Hmmm... Maybe this one has promise. It's thundering fairly frequently now and it's pouring rain outside. The power almost went out as well. I'm hoping. Rainbow Dash, please do not disappoint me.
I want some rain...all I got was a loud boom of thunder and the sky was not even dark... (Sounded like Rainbow Dash's Sonic Rainboom).
This storm is strange. The rain is very light, so it's eerily quiet. Yet, I've almost lost power three times so far. The thunder keeps getting louder, and I almost saw a bolt of lightning. One of them sounded like a sonic rainboom. Haha. I've turned off my computer just to be safe. Now I hear sirens outside. Sounds like police or ambulance sirens. - Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It's over now. That was a weird one. Nothing too amazing, but at least I got to see a little lightning and hear some marginally decent thunder. Thanks, Rainbow Dash! I even saw a rainbow in the distance as it was moving away. I guess she felt bad after trolling me all day. Me? Nah. Actually, I don't get that many compared to other places. I live in a region surrounded by mountains. So, since I'm in the valley, most of the storms here fall apart before they arrive. This one somehow made it through. The last thunderstorm I had was on September 4th, when I posted that picture I took of a lightning bolt. Most of the storms here are quite weak to be honest. The last severe one I had, if I remember correctly was on August 21st. A tornado warning was issued for it just to my east. In other news... Did anypony else notice that "Everypony Network" tab that just showed up? I don't think it was there a few minutes ago.
I knew something was wrong. I spend last couple minutes thinking why the upper panel (settings etc) moved to the left. :derpe:
Yup, I was one of the very early members, and was reasonably active back then. Then I kinda disappeared for a long time and now I'm back for season 2 Can't wait to see Luna again.
