It's a Premature renaissance mare Cutie mark. (cutiemark of the multi destined ponies, but still in process of getting more onto it until the mare/colt has mastered several difference skills)

So 80 minutes for everything. Think my fastest anything was like 3 hours or something and it didn't look anywhere as good as that.
