Well yes and no hes not specifically a medic he just knows the proper things to help in the medical field since he has a high intelligence however his main job is really anything that takes studying to master.

Well, Julion is FROM a Stable and has his old Pipbuck, but it's be many, many years since he snuck out.
Name: Accolade Nickname: DJ PON3, DJ PON3's assisstant Age: 26 Born: Manehattan, Equestria Resides: Tenpony Tower, Equestria Race: Unicorn, Female (2+ intelligence) Appearance: Accolade has a very pale blue, almost white coat, her mane and tail is the same color and style as Vinyl Scratch's. Though a slight hint of red can be seen at the base of the mare's mane and tail, suggesting that she dyes her mane blue. She is a short mare, compared to most of the others living here, she actually stands at about the same height as her mentor and friend, Homage. Her eyes are covered up by glasses that prevent others from seeing her red eyes. There are scars on her body, like one that crosses her throat, looking like she had been cut there, and one on her rump. Her cutie mark is a microphone, but again, she usually is wearing clothes in public, so as not to make herself seem like she is the actual DJ PON3. Karma: Good Favorite Weapon's: Accolade doesn't use weapons, she prefers to use her voice to inspire the ponies of the wastes with the truth, no matter how bad it hurts. The only times she has ever killed another pony was twice, once to save her little sister...and the other...well...wouldn't you like to know that? Perks: Voice of the Wastes: This pony has gotten into a broadcasting tower and has started reporting music and news as she gets it, if anypony recognizes her as who she is, she could get a positive or negative bonus to her charisma based on their opinion of her broadcasts. Tenpony Tower Residence: Through the trials and tribulations associated therein, this pony has been granted residence to Tenpony Tower, where they now own an apartment and a shop. Info Hub: This pony seems to get all the gossip and info almost as soon as it happens! They seem to almost have precognitive abilities, or a spy network everywhere. Mentor: This pony has a teacher whom helps them in their selected field, be it whatever they are being mentored in. This pony advances in level 20% faster than other ponies. Background Information: This pony grew up in the Manehattan Wastes, and she knew how to survive. By survive...let me clarify, she knew how to run and hide, or endure the pains of growing up in such a place when running and hiding didn't work. Once, she found a radio and turned it on to hear DJ Pon3 and hearing that stallion tell it like it was, and listen to him play that beautiful music was what got her her cutie mark. She knew that she had to protect the most important thing to her, her little sister, Sunshine...Accolade would endure things that she normally wouldn't have had to had Sunshine not been around, but it was worth it to protect her little sister, her little ray of hope. They would always listen to DJ Pon3 on the radio and Sunshine loved this one song that Sweetie Belle sang(Hush Now, Quiet Now), it always would bring a smile to Sunshine's face, and therefore Accolade's. She eventually found a shotgun and used it against the stallions that had turned their attention to her sister. One shot and one death later, she was now a killer. That one kill weighed heavily on her conscious, but not as heavily as when she accidentally discharged her firearm...right into Sunshine's head. That caused her to snap, to lose it. She tried to take her own life with the shotgun, but it was out of ammo. She then tried to hang herself in a nearby donut shop just near Bucklyn Cross. As she slipped the noose around her own neck, her radio fell out of her saddlebags and switched on. The song playing right then was "Hush Now, Quiet Now" By Sweetie Belle. Accolade broke down into tears and couldn't go through with her own death. Instead, she vowed to travel to Tenpony Tower, do whatever it took to get in, and become DJ Pon3's assistant. She was able to do this after several more years of wasteland misery, always with the goal of getting in. When she did, she sought out Homage, for she had heard of this mare being DJ Pon3's assistant. She found the mare and was taken eventually to meet DJ Pon3, where she found out the truth...She will occasionally broadcast songs for the real DJ Pon3, more of Hush Now, Quiet Now is played on her watch than any other song, but she cycles through them regularly. She also has learned to mask her voice so it sounds like the Voice of the Wastes. So listen up! We are going to tell you the truth! No matter how bad it hurts.
