Hello everyone, Ramza here with a public service announcement. It is vital that you read this for future reference, because this will apply to you from this point on even if you didn't read this. Very recently, it has come to the staff's attention that Clop/Pornography/Rule 34 was being shared in Private Messages. This is against the rules, but it appears that this isn't clear that the rules DO apply to PM's. If any offense from the rules (EXCEPT Foreign Languages in PM's, that is the only exception.) is reported to us by the sender or receiver of said Private Message, we, as staff, are obligated to take action against the offenders. This means that even if you send Rule 34 or explicit images over Private Messages, if it is reported to us, the rules will apply to you, and both parties will be punished according to the severity of the offense, and the circumstances of these offenses. Both parties will be punished fairly and according to the rules. Please note that it is completely forbidden to send any explicit images anywhere on the forums, and will result in severe punishment (up to and including permabans for first offenders). If you receive any explicit images in any part of the site, be it PMs, the chat, the blogs or the forums themselves, we highly advise you to report it. Keep in mind in some circumstances the recipient could be punished with the same severity as the sender, so don't take the risk, report it as soon as possible. With that in mind, this also applies to non-clop/gore content as well. If someone is bullying you or making you uncomfortable via PM, do not be afraid to report them to a moderator or administrator. We will investigate to our fullest extent, and we will punish those responsible. So please, do yourself, and the site, a favour, and keep it clean so that everyone of all ages can enjoy it. Remember, this is EVERYpony because we're here for everypony. Keep the adult stuff off the site, please. This also applies to the EPN Chat and Radio Chat. Heck, this applies everwhere. So if you want to do this, just... don't. Take it to Skype. Take it somewhere else. Just not here. We don't have anything against cloppers. We just do not want it here. End of subject. What's the concern? The only rule that doesn't apply to PM's is foreign languages. You still can't do that sorta stuff while speaking Spanish or something.
we all clop sometimes especially when walking on cobblestone lol, no but seriously why send that mess here, if people get to know eachother well enough that they trust eachother sending it they can learn to host it off site like i do with my clean and perfectly acceptable wallpapers that i put in my sig for all to donwload freely but even then if its clop they would need to atleast have good sense enough to share the link off site and not on here
a question on the Foreign Languages rule, I couldn't find this rule using Find on page at least in the global or forum rules pages; I just posted something in Spanish as a joke for the Discorded forum thread game, do I need to remove this post? just trying to cover my bases! All it says is , "Oh no I can't stop speaking Spanish! can some please help me!" you know but in Spanish

Sorry, but it's called a "No clop policy" for a reason. Meaning no clop at all. Even posting questionable images wouldn't be advised. This site is for anyone above the age of 13. Please keep that in mind.

Alright, locking this immediately, and this policy, by "No clop" it means, no clop. This site is for 13 years+, so that means it is not tolerable, in any form. -Thread Closed-
