If you were my point of reference for the brony fandom then I believe I'd be watching it from afar and occasionally poking it with various objects to see how it reacts. Sometimes I'd like it, sometimes it'd piss me off, but at the end of the day it still holds my interest.

If you want EPR to be big, it needs its own dedicated staff, and I mean a lot more of them. It needs music finders, uploaders, chat mods, active DJ's... it's one hell of an overhaul, but enough time, effort and teamwork will make it work. Or you can go the other route and rather than make EPR big, make (for lack of a better term) casual. Change the music lists every now and then and focus on giving content much more frequently and laid back. Rather than organize everything have a bunch of stuff that just happens whenever. Some will say it's bad, but it's almost like a random reward for going there, and psychology studies show that random reward keeps people interested much more than expected reward. I guess I'll be the optimist. Who in your opinion, do you think was the best staff? If it's me though, tell me the 2nd best person, but don't tell me they're the second best; I don't want an ego boost if it's the case, I'm simply curious.
Hmm... this is a very tough question. I think I'll say... Berry. Berry Punch.... yeah. He's the perfect mix of professionalism and laid back attitude that he know when works needs to be done and when to have fun. My time working with him on the site was some of the best. To Berry Punch, I raise a glass to thee.
