hi, the other days I was with my friends just drinking and talking about something when we suddenly decided to check the intro of a cartoon of my childhood. it was like a knock out to me. I can“t believe I can still remember the lyrics of this show and I decided to just make a post about it here. also, I want that you post some of your favourite childhood cartoons opening and see how many used to watch the same cartoon. (you can post as many openings as you want) have fun. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CO9XCUu7Nm0 this one was my favourite cartoon and damn. it was awesome.
Since i grew up mostly grew up in the noughties and not the nineties i would have to say the little gem all the way back in 1999 my favorite show of all time
And also, my first anime ever.
Aah Real Monsters, Catdog,Codename Kids Next Door, Chowder, Doug, Ed, Edd and Eddy, Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Hey Arnold, Johnny Bravo, Powerpuff Girls, 90's Spiderman and Xmen, late 80's TMNT stuff like that I would put Fairly Oddparents and Spongebob Squarepants on there but both of those shows are still going on also Animaniacs, Batman The Animated Series, Batman Beyond and Superman The Animated Series are all showing reruns/ repeats on The Hub so i'm not going to count those either.
Spongebob, Fairly Odd parents, Code name: Kids Next Door, Megas XL-R, Samurai Jack, Avatar: the last airbender, Invader Zim, and Chowder; just to name a few.
I'm seeing one show in particular that is not showing up here that I was able to find on Netflix somehow. The 1998 Godzilla animated cartoon series, Oh my god the feels.
I had so many favourites growing up! Here's just a small few ranging from different ages of my childhood. Hey Arnold!, Ed Edd N Eddy, Recess, Johnny Bravo, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Little Bear, Timothy Goes to School, Moomin, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Animaniacs, Drake & Josh and The Adventures of Blinky Bill. Again, this is just a handful!
Gargoyles. Gotta love a kid's show with themes like murder, betrayal, revenge, racism, organized crime, forbidden love, and Shakespeare.
Did anyone watch Rocko's Modern Life as a kid and watched it again years later as a teenager or adult? A shocking amount of jokes flew over my head in that show.
That show is so much different watching it now. I'm not a fan of it at all anymore. The show has like 0% appeal to adult me.
