I hope I'm not alone in saying this! Hipsters are the most annoying creatures on the planet! They force individuality to unnecessary extremes! They insult popular pass times and hobbies by doing them "ironically". They are rude, sarcastic beings, evolved from emos and haters! They view themself's as above others and setters of trends yet to come! Hipsters are awful!
Echo's going to love this. Anyway, I don't really care for hipsters in particular. People can do whatever they want with their own lives.
I got a few hipsters friend, and been called hipster too. Anyways, they are some really neat hipsters, and some... Heck, just type Xavier Dolan on google. He's from my country, and i'm ASHAMED of it, seeing how bad a hipster can be. But, regardless you're a geek, nerd, or ''very aknowledged of underground artists (V.A.U.A.)'', you can be awesome or terribad. Most of the hipsters i know are awesome, so i voted for it, but it's just my opinion. Oh, and hipsters don't care about any opinion or point of view from other people, that's why they act like mean and ''i think i'm superior because i know everything'', but in the end, just let them be and they'll stay out of your hair.

I don't identify as a hipster, but according to my friends, I am. I wear the clothes, I watch fandom shows, I listen to niche genres of music, I'm into some of the hobbies, and yes while I may be a tad obnoxious about it at some times ("Dude, check out this song, I know it sounds weird but doesn't sound good?"), but for the most part I don't think I've been all that condescending about it honestly. For the record though, I did used to be into the whole 'emo' look back in middle school, so I guess that's partially correct, but I don't know it just seems like you're demonizing an entire group because of a few bad eggs. I mean, have you ever actually met a hipster in real life? Please watch what you say, you may not realize who you're talking about.
Yeah, making a thread about how an entire social group sucks isn't exactly the most mature thing either. Nor is that kind of title likely to spark any kind of respectful or constructive discussion. Why does this thread even still exist? ಠ_ಠ

This. When somebody joins this site and makes a "lol poneez suck" thread, it doesn't go over all that well because we don't like it, I'd expect a little more sympathy on this sort of thing from an MLP site no less.
