Give me more! - - Auto Merge - - Worst experience on EPR was when Flash was fired. He'd been suspended from duty after some RP chat drama and the other DJs let him use their accounts to keep going on air. Derpy, the head admin at the time, heard about this and talked to me (the junior admin) about it. I not only knew about it but had also offered my account to Flash to use as well, something Derpy found out. Things were not nice for many of us then. Flash was fired, Raindrop quit, we lost a bunch of stuff including our ability to do musician interviews, one of the best parts of EPR back then. Really, I think the main blame lay with everyone who let Flash do it, myself included. That was definitely my worst experience on EPR. My worst experience on the forums... that's kinda tough as I can't really say I've posted on the forums regularly enough to really experience anything quite terrible. I guess the closest thing was when Derpy left. I think I've mentioned this a few times, but I don't know if I've gone into detail... so here I go I guess. It had been a long drought in 'real' staff activity. After a depressing christmas period many of the staff were in poor spirits, most of which seemed to be Derpy, who had a number of personal problems adding up with site duties adding to it. Wanting to help him out and take some weight off his back, I had spent a period of time slowly suggesting he give me the role of head admin so he doesn't have to worry about site decisions. Truth be told... Flash had been prompting me to do this for weeks. After almost a year since losing his job on EPR, constantly being told to wait on a decision to bring him back, I wanted to get closure for him. Eventually Derpy gave me the title and I began work, talking to every staff member about bringing Flash back. This was a real touchy subject back then as Flash had caused some real abrasions with some of the staff while he wasn't part of it. This being said, there was a clear majority vote on bringing him back from every staff member... except Derpy. I didn't ask Derpy because.. I couldn't. I knew that Flash had hurt him... hard. Derpy didn't trust him, nor did he want to work with him. I'm sure if I asked, I might have convinced him but... I couldn't. I was weak. When I announced I was bringing Flash back, when Derpy found out... Let me make this clear. I love Flash and I admit... that affected my efforts to get him back. But it was NOT the only reason. Flash is a hard worker, he has good ideas and he brought a great deal of opportunities to the staff... this being said, I hurt Derpy, hard. He was a close friend of mine, someone I could confide in... and to hurt him so much that he not only left the site but stopped talking to me altogether... I still haven't forgiven myself for it, even though many of the bridges burnt have been built once more. If anything drove me to do better for the site, it was that, but it was my single most awful experience on the site... sorry I couldn't be forum specific. My perfect staff dream team... I guess I'll start from the top, eh? Admins - Berry Punch: Excellent leadership skills, excellent manager skills, knows what he's doing, what he's talking about, can keep the staff moving and shaking and most of all have us have fun while doing it. Guy is just a blast to work for. This guy would be in charge. Grey Knightmare: Elvis said it best; "A little less conversation, a little more action!". Grey has a good head on his shoulders and knew when he needed to act and needed to talk. Maybe not the best with words, but who is these days? He commanded respect and let you know your place whether you liked it or not. This guy would either be equal with Berry or slightly under him. Myself: Call me vain, but if there's anything a site needs in its higher ups, it's someone to talk and listen to people no one wants to talk to. Not to be mean to anyone but sometimes you guy are just unpleasant to deal with. People get moody, emotional, defensive and it requires someone with tact, care and an open mind to talk to them. There have been few people on the site I've seen exhibit this in a great deal (thought I admit I'm not exactly looking too hard) and I put it to you; would you talk to a defensive Viper? An angry Flash? A crusading Ramza? (no offense to any of them, all good friends of mine who knows their faults). This is a hard job and someone's gotta do it... and I just haven't seen anyone more suited than me. Radio Manager - Flash While he isn't jumping out as the obvious choice to some people (especially considering what I've written here...) there's no denying he is a great worker. He gets work done, he takes pride in his work, he follows up those he gives jobs to and he doesn't allow for slacking. Working with him on EP and LPP just shows me more and more that he has a real passion for what he does and he does it really well. Radio Staff - Harley, Zephyr, Derry, Fluttery, Blazing I'll only briefly mention for each as otherwise things would get way to long winded. Harley is a blast to be around and knows how to moderate well. Zephyr same as Harley. Derry is always on the radio (when I've been on at least) and has a good head on his shoulders. Fluttery same as Derry. Blazing because he loves the radio and he has had some great ideas and passion for bringing content onto it. Forums Manager - Derpy Hooves This man is an awesome guy. He knows what he's talking about, he will listen to both sides and consider the options carefully and know when to take his time and when to call BS and take the reins. He interacted well with the staff and users and was an all round nice guy. Forum Staff - Dragonbait, PoeticPony, Yetione, Cyberpony, Rarit E Everyone named here has stuck out in my mind as always looking out for the best of the site in some way no matter what happens, whether it be participating in debates, just interacting well with members or pointing out problems constructively. There are likely more, but if I were to pick a 'dream team' so to speak, these guys would be the top candidates. You guys rock the forums. RP Manager - Eight Star In the short time I've known Eight Star and spoken to him, he has time and time again shown me his interest and ability to direct things. The amount of posts and depth he goes into for his RP's is truly remarkable, and from private talks with him I know he brings this passion to his admin work. I know the RP areas of the site would be in great hands if Eight Star was in charge... which is comforting since he sort of is. RP Staff - Tyro the Fox, Legion, Quill Inkwell I admit, I'm quite the alien to the forum RP world, but from what I've seen (and from what Tyro describes to me on our journeys to and from uni) then these guys would keep the RP areas of the site in tip top condition, so I'd be happy to let them continue. Honourable Mentions (those I can't really place or justify over others): Yami - Passionate about his work on the site and ensuring things as they should be, if I wasn't limiting myself to 5 staff per area then Yami would be on the forum team. Mike406 - Same as Yami, if I weren't limiting to one manager per area than Mike would side with Derpy as forum managers. Ramza - A controversial character that has caused a number of issues but solved a number of them too (more than people give him credit for). His passion is probably only faulted by his lack of tact, and if he fixed both then he'd be on the forum team. Raindrop - Real chill guy, awesome to work with and entertaining to be around. A leeeeetle bit on the too relaxed side though, sometimes needs a bit of pushing to work. Would fit quite well on the radio. Yeah, most of these are actual current/former staff, but these are the guys I talk to quite often and I haven't been too active around here... I'm gonna miss this place though. Damn that's a lot of writing. Maybe I'll put less effort in these.... nah. It's not like I can't take it.

What has been your proudest moment on Everypony? Doesn't have to be when you were staff or admin, just any point in time that made you feel awesome.

I find it hard to think of a time where I haven't been staff or admin and still active on the site... my proudest moment... that's a tough one. I think it'd have to be on the first 'brony day' when Flash, Grey Nightmare and I got into a broadcast together and did a full season stream. 300 people on EPR watching the episodes, chatting with everyone, having a good time. It's just... it felt real good to reach that many people and that we were doing it. - - Auto Merge - - Panties on a pokemon... hmm... if I were thinking sexy, probably Lopunny. I mean, look at it! If I was thinking adorable... maybe Vulpix. That'd be real adorable in my opinion.
Follow up question: What about a Digimon in lingerie? Which Digimon and why? How about which Smurf as which member of The Village People? Which Beyblades character deserves to be dressed up as a piñata and left in a birthday party?
