Pin Key Pi. Love them. - - Auto Merge - - What do you mean by the staff condition? If you mean the staff leaving, there's many reasons. Some people just get bored, some people find the job too stressful. Some leave for other projects. Some leave to stop something else from happening. If a bunch go at the same time it usually means it's been on their mind and they've been considering it, and if someone says they're leaving then it's best a group goes at once rather than having it stagger so the staff can prepare and adjust for it properly.

Often music I've made has been inspired by people or artwork from the fandom. The songs I've remixed are often inspired by hearing different styles and trying to apply that to a song I think suits it. - - Auto Merge - - The one that gets the whips cracking.
What are some strengths and weaknesses you've observed in each staff member, and do you have any advice on how to improve on the weaknesses?

The ones with Omnipony were awesome, as well as Tarby singing Kaos Rizing live. Jackle App and Derpy Grooves were hilarious... it's hard to pick. - - Auto Merge - - The thing with EP is that it's stable right now. The old members are set in their ways, have their own group of friends. The new members come and go with few reasons to stay unless they get included in these groups the 'older' members make. If we're lucky, a bunch of new people get together and stay and become their own group, but really in the end there's little keeping them here so it's hard to judge if they're 'quality members'. One thing I will say is that the 'older' members tend to fall in three groups; trying to improve the site, prodding and poking the staff testing their limits and total indifference. - - Auto Merge - - You will survive, not because you can, but because you must. - - Auto Merge - - *Salutes* It's an honour. - - Auto Merge - - Remind me who's on the staff now? RP/Blog/Fanfic Mods are Eluuna, Legion, Quill Inkwell, and myself. Radio Staff includes BlazingDawn, Bounty, Flutteryshy, GreatAndPowerfulTrixie, HarleyCyn, Swift, Tomtortoise, and myself. Our primary Chat Mod is Dynasty Charge, but several others on the staff also moderate the chat.
I have complete faith in Eight Star and Tyro. They might lack the long term experience of some members but I feel they're definitely suited to the job. Ghan is a cool guy, doesn't really post often, just works on server stuff. You guys working the fanfics/blogs/RP areas are doing perfectly. I've yet to see a problem that wasn't dealt with swiftly and with good grace. Keep up the awesome work. I don't go on the radio or chat that often, but from what I've seen you guys definitely make a presence there and work really well together. Some of you might be a bit hesitant to act but that's about the only issue. From what I've seen Harley does great as a community mod. She just needs a little more luck with her computer issues and such to be online more. From what I've seen Kuja does a good job. I can't say I've posted often enough to really say your advantages and disadvantages...
