Hey-o Everypony. Something weirds going on.
Everyone knows that Time-Warner kind of sucks. (LOLZ)
But I've been losing my internet for about 2 days straight now off-and-on.

Not only that, but when the internet goes down, the cable stops working too.
Anyone experiencing similar problems that are under a crappy internet service? :DFH:

Uh-oh! And I'm switching to Charter tomorrow!

Hopefully it won't be too bad - I hear some bad stories every now and then, but I have clearwire now, and I'm supposed to have a speed of 10 megs, but it rarely gets up to 5!

And I must play pony games!

Time Warner is the only service we can have. It's actually the best one that provides service for us.
    It's either that, or Dial-Up.
    ...Yeahno.

Maybe you need to use less internets? :p

If so, you're left with two options. Either you quit ponies and use the internet for everything else, or you forget about everything else and go fulltime Brony. :derpe:

My ISP is fine. Horrible, but decent.

Only reason it's slow is because I'm downloading ponies. :derpe:

I use Clearwire and it's the biggest waste of money you can throw at an ISP. Time Warner and Charter really aren't much better. I had COX in Las Vegas and it was great, but I've heard otherwise from various people.

Comcast is arguably the best and the worst. Best internet, worst customer service imaginable. It seems like every employee that works customer support in any capacity has brain damage, so use at your own risk.

I normally don't have any problems with my ISP. The only time it's a pain is when there's lightning in the area. Sometime's the Internet will conk out for about a minute, and then it'll come back for a half hour, then go out again for another minute. It'll repeat this sometimes for a couple of hours after the storm has passed! I don't get it.

The only other times I have an issue is when they, I assume, are performing maintenance on the system, and the cable and Internet will go out. This is rare, and it's fairly quick (10 minutes or so) and it'll be during a time when most people aren't awake, but I am (i.e., 2 AM or 3 AM). Once it was out for almost two hours! I was like, "What the hell is going on here?!" Fortunately, I didn't have to do something at that hour that required an Internet connection. So it was just an inconvenience.

Hmm, maybe mine is more of a bandwidth problem... basically, EXPENSIVE internet for rather limited bandwidth. And after reaching the limit, sloooooow internet.
But it's a country thing- and eventually I hope I'll move, maybe 4 month's time?

You're lucky. Last time I contacted customer support was back in March. I was still using dual 56m/bit modems back then. Comcast shut us off, we called to ask why since the bill was paid, and they're like, "You have +$400 on your bill because of the Pay Per View you've been watching." This is, of course, when it was physically impossible for us to watch pay-per-view since there was any coaxial from Comcast even running into the house.

So, once again, they lower my opinion of them by being *squee!*s/idiots. Consider yourself lucky since Clearwire's customer support is identical.
