The term "worth it" takes me back to the days of Halo 2. In most cases, I would kill an enemy and teabag his body. A lot of the time I would get shot down by his teammates while doing so and would yell "worth it" until they killed me. Then, out of anger, they would teambag me, giving my team the opportunity to wipe them out. It's all part of the plan.
Ah, shooters. They're like cooking except I don't care that I suck at them. lol The last shooters I gave a feather about were the old Medals of Honor back in the days of split-screen. After those I just played single-player games for years, until one time I gave Modern Warfare 2 a try when I was at a friend's house. It convinced me I was done with shooters forever.
I'll admit shooters continue to look prettier with each release, especially on Frostbite. Battlefield 3 almost makes me want to care. But I just can't play shooting games anymore unless they can be won with some skill other than shooting. In other words, I can't play shooting games.
Halo 2 > Every game that ever existed and ever will exist. NES > Every console that ever existed and ever will exist.
Never played Halo 2. Played Halo:Combat Evolved. Thought it was good, but not the best game ever made.
Why don't we take all of the good NES games and make them look... I dunno, good? Just update the graphics and some of the controls... Don't bother changing the gameplay mechanics. I would love to see a FF1 remake.
I love shooting games. I just don't like military shooters. There are exceptions though (See: Rainbow Six Vegas). Military Shooters are their own genre. These include Gears of War, Call of Duty, Medal of Honor. Shooters are a different thing. These include Serious Sam, Halo, Painkiller. For clarification, Wolfenstein is a shooter; you kill undead and fight against Nazi magic and ancient Celtic gods. Badass.
Cowwadoody is sooooo unrealistic. I mean come on, taking three bullets to the face and living? That's crap.
Depends on the type of bullet.A 9.mm maybe. A 50 cal. though. You wouldn't HAVE a head. Though the knife is OP. And a totally realistic game would be boring.
