with the crowning of merida from brave, the total now is 11 Disney princesses. over the years these princesses have appeared in our childhoods, for better or worse. So who is your favourite, why, and which do you not like:Boo:
Does Venellope Von Schweetz count or is she disqualified because she decided to be president instead?
This, this, this. If were talking the classics, I always had a crush on Jasmine as a kid. But if we're talking any female Disney character ever, then: She's a digital princess as far as I'm concerned.
Pft. Forget princesses. Todd & Copper from Fox and the Hound. Honestly, I never cared for the 'typical' Disney Princess. They honestly annoy me. I think the only one I could REMOTELY like was Cinderella, and even that was very much an 'eh' because again, I don't like princesses. When they live 'happily ever after' I just laugh and go "No, that's not how the real world works". Unfortunately, I'm too realistic minded towards princesses, so... I don't know, just not my thing. Totally love Todd & Copper though! Big MaMa is not my princess but my Queen <3
jasmine is would be the most well known for me but i hear the girl from brave is tough, a bit feisty to the bad guys and an all around great person who is willing to stand by what she believes in. i gotta respect that both in guys and gals cause thats the sorta thing that celestia herself has tried to teach twilight from day one and its something i hold high too so imma have to chose the feisty red haired one.
Stitch from Lilo & Stitch had a job. He had to find all of his "cousins". Leia had to save the galaxy. If you count Mulan, she was a warrior.
If you count Mulan, then her (she is part of the Disney Princess line of products, after all). If not, Jasmine. Honorable mentions go to Vanellope Von Schweetz and Esmeralda.
If we're looking at the official lineup, probably Tiana, Mulan or Merida. Theirs weren't in my favourite movies, but I quite like them as characters. I don't much care for the franchise, though, and I can't say I'm too sad that it's slowly dwindling.
